Particle: News For You

Currently the app has serious problems. Let's see if they can resolve the issues. I l'll text again in a week. No word back from the site. My previous comment is "I have recommended this App to all my friends and clients. Simple, personalized, and detailed. Get news on categories from politics to microbiology the to applied psychology. You customize your news updates. This is the best App I have. Thank you. Great job."

This app says you can customize your news feed to news relevant to you, but seems to only aggregate click-bait garbage articles. It's awful. Look elsewhere for a news app. After configuring my news sources for gaming/tech/science months ago it seems the only thing Particle News wants to do is blast me non-stop with the latest Kardashian crap.

None of the videos show anything, but just sound if you toggle the top right bottom and its not showing the most recent articles first

Most I can read are gossips with Kim Kardashian here and Kim Kardashian there. There are more relevant news we can read than this.

For two days now the app won't update my news feeds. Keeps giving Network error.

This app is full of click bait. GARBAGE.

This feeder, as opposed to many other such, DOES ALLOW custom feeds! :) there are adverts.. as with other such.. There is also a local feed, automatic, and a night mode. I've visited some of the adverts they are in the click thrus on my local..it SEEMS.. and actually made a purchase. No obvious adverts. But they gotta make some money so later probably. So if you want a truly CUSTOMIZEABLE feeder. I recommend this. :) good job devs. ! :)

Nothing but 24/7 updates on skanky Kartrashian hobags. Uninstalling because nobody cares about them nasty hoes but I keep getting my feed clogged with their bullshit. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS BULLSHIT, WASTE OF TIME APP!!!!

Forces me to browse past items I could care less about. Tried tweaking the app but its too much of a time investment to get the desired results. I'll tale my chances on the internet.

Comments quit working. When they did work, they didn't allow deleting your comment, or replying. The developer replied to an older version, but comments aren't working in the latest versions. My comments are the only ones visible, and I can't delete or edit them. Won't use app regularly until there's a decent comment system. Uninstalling.

This is a nice change from your typical news app. It has a nice variety of news...everything you need!

I downloaded this for a survey but I ended up really liking it. It keeps very up to date on news and it has a lot of different news sources all in one ! 4 stars because of notifications... I seem to get a lot .

I was asked to download this as a trial and honestly, I am impressed. It was easy to set up and easy to use. It gives you news feed from the sources that you choose. It also has up to date local news. It is free too.

Doesn't stay as up-to-date as I would like. Refreshing gives me articles 3 days old and older. Offline download stops at 5% and says network unavailable. Great interface though.

I really like the variety of news topics I can access. I can't figure out how to reply to comments. I would also like a category on cooking!

Too many low-quality news sources and misclassification of news such as diet programs from Popsugar under Photography. Interface was nice, and responsive.

Decent overview of news, but I'll be damned if I can get any video link to actually open.

...therefore it's not of much use. Local News doesn't work and most of the trending news is to do with the US. Has the potential to be a very good app if that were fixed.

Repeatedly can't find link to rest of article. Good on limiting ads.

Many sources are of the "clickbait" variety. Extremist conservative sources are used equally with credible and accurate sources.

Can't ask for a better news app. Always updated information when I need to know.....now!

It's a great app, although the notifications get annoying. I just want it to alert me on actual breaking news, not on what Kylie Jenner is doing...customization would be great to have
