آیة الکرسی همراه صوت

طبق اکثریت روایات و احادیث و منابع، آیه ۲۵۵ از سوره بقره قرآن است. هرچند در بعضی روایات آمده است که علاوه بر آیه ۲۵۵، بهتر است آیات ۲۵۶ و ۲۵۷ سوره بقره هم خوانده شود. همچنین طبق نظر بیشتر مراجع شیعه، در نماز وحشت بهتر است هر سه آیه (۲۵۵ تا ۲۵۷) تلاوت شود.

امام محمد باقر از امیر المومنین (ع) روایت فرموده: 

هنگامی كه آیت الكرسی نازل شد رسول خدا (ص) فرمود آیه الكرسی آیه ای است كه از گنج عرش نازل شده و زمانی كه این آیه نازل گشت هر بتی كه در جهان بود با صورت به زمین خورد.
