Parrot Zik for Android
Used to work fantastically, however recently the app states 'no device found' despite being connected via Bluetooth & able to hear my music through my parrot headphones. Without a functioning app, it renders the noise cancelling & sound presets unusable. I've attempted the regular troubleshooting tips (unpair/uninstall app/remove battery) but the app is not working. Very frustrating.
The app no longer displays the battery life on my Galaxy s7 edge, i thought the update corrected that problem. Status update: I removed the battery and placed it back, problem solved .
Unable to find device while it is connected, very bad not to solve this problem although many complaints were made
It's a great app but now when i connect to my headphones via bluetooth and launch the app it says 'no device found' Plz fix bugs thank you
Good app just need it to have tizen support. Dosent have gear s2 support would give 5 stars if gear s2 support comes.
Lou reed soundsetting of zik1 is missing now for zik3. Its a must to have...
Unique app and fantastic headphones as well
Works perfectly when wireless
Crashes when opening setting
Doesn t charge if not powered...
Love the app! Works how it should and it simple to use my only problem in when I have my headphones wired in the app doesnt work with it? I have them wired in to save battery because its pretty poor. Other wise perfect thanks!
Even though I'm currently connected to the headphones through the Bluetooth on my phone and playing music, the app still says, "No device found" on the home screen. I've uninstalled, restarted my phone, and it still says the same thing. Very frustrating.
Nice app that does what it should do. It can be a bit hard to understand the presets options but nothing that bothers me to much. They still like to cover the whole screen (hiding the statusbar) while scanning for the device which isn't much of a problem but still very unnecessary. The fact that the noise level calculation comes from the phones microphone and not the headphone is also a bit annoying for an otherwise great product.
Showing the battery level in the notification is well overdue and a great addition. The Zik 3 is now more like the premium product that it should be.
I could play music on it in my phone but it won't connect to the app.. I tried reinstalling the app ang reset the headset. Still won't connect
Works without any issues for me, and some updates have been released with nice little additions ☺
Android 4.4 crash at settings
I used to love the app but when Android updated to 6.0.1 the app can no longer find my headphones. I know they are connected because I can still listen to music and make calls but I can't change anything within the app. This is a known issue and needs to be fixed
It's fine, although it would be better if you didn't have to create an account to save a preset. That's just nit picking though. (My headphones also lower the volume to zero when I plug them in sometimes, I can't tell if it's an error or a feature).
Not only do I love my Zik 2.0, but the app is really nice. I'm not a huge fan of the UX, but I have to give parrot props for listening to feedback and making adjustments to improve on the experience. The app is very functional and the updated settings view makes a lot more sense and is easier to use.
Tried once and it worked. Tried it again and I get the "no device found" error. Cant seem to find the device on bluetooth either. Headphones are too expensive to have an error like that.
A good app, but I have 2 problems. One, like with the parrot zik audio suite, there should be a way to edit your presets slightly without saving them that way, as well as changing the concert hall mode etc. on the go. Second of all. There is an annoying glitch when I have the parrots plugged in and on at the same time to get the best audio out of them where I'll pause the music and after around 6 seconds it will play again on its own. Other than that, this is an excellent app.
The biggest difference from first gen to second is that parrot just ditched support for the product. Not impressed, and not buying parrot crap again.
Nice app but the Android wear mini app is constantly crashing at launch. Update: wear mini app launches (I'm able to see ui) but crashes shortly after.
I have just done a security check on my device memo8. I have now lost the noise map feature from this app.Can you please resolve proplem thanks.
Everything works fine for me with my Zik 2.0, except the app doesnt show battery life, it is always at 0%. Is there a way to fix this?
Practically useless, keep showing me NO DEVICE FOUND, I try every solution that I found on the Internet, but nothing works
The app works okay but I can never tell what my battery level is on my headphones which is frustrating.
I have a zik with firmware 1.10 and it. Can't find a device, headphones work with audio suite fine though
Try many times still unable to pair zik 2 with android devices
Does not find headphones.
Wear app requires setting some permissions in watch settings to get it working.
This app has so much to offer for my Zik 3!
Thanks for the battery notification i asked :D !!!
Did not work

Maybe you could create a widget to switch noise cancelling on/off. Battery status in yhe notification are is great - thanks for that. What I'm however missing is Windows 10 app! I like to use the headphones with my computer as well as with the phone and if i want to for example switch noise cancellation on/off i have to disconnect from the PC, connect to the phone , change the setting and then back to PC. The same to cgeck the battery levels. Please work on it, in sure it's not just me. Thank you, Jan
