FreeFlight Jumping

Phone didn't find drone. I found out how to make it work. If the phone doesn't find the jumping drone,just hold power button 6 seconds to make it change frequency. Worked then.

Instead of guiding new users in how to connect their drone, you push ads for other products? A perfect example of marketing driven development.

When ever u want to pilot my drone the app always want me to update something when there aren't any updates. So I have to redownload the app every time, fix that and it will be better

This app sucks won't connect to the drone and you can't control anything just keeps replaying the same video

When it works it's awesome. If it works can't even try to show friends, they see how hard it struggles to connect and lose all interest. When it does work is great.

Bring back free flight 3 so my drone will work. Night diesel jumping drone. I have not used the app yet, but from what I hear everyone wants free flight 3 back so their drones will work. I have mine coming and hope it works.

I cannot connect my Jett Minidrone to my android no matter what I try and how many times I reboot. There is no help offered whatsoever. The only tutorial offered on this app is in French. Terrible terrible terrible.

The instructions say to download an app, but it was updated to this app. The jumping drone doesn't work with this app after 4 hours of install, activate, troubleshoot etc... I absolutely hate this app! Still can't get it to work! Going to return the jumping drone because the software doesn't work!

Just got new drone for chirstmas and was best present I got then I tried to download free flight three and i had to download this worthless app and I keep using the drone wifi and it won't even work worst chirstmas ever

Worst drone app/ worst drone full stop. Will be returning to JB HiFi.

Intermittent connection to drone. No camera transmission to screen, but will occasionally take pictures. WiFi connection to drone means no WiFi access to internet, so no internet access when connected. Impressive jumping, so 2 stars.

Camera didn't work, random disconnects. I spend more time trying to get the all to connect than playing!

Just got a new drone get a black screen can jump and move forward but no have controls tried on Android an Apple same deal

My sumo worked fine with the old freeflight app... this one doesn't connect at all. The app doesn't do much of anything. I just want to be able to use my drone again.

Wow, a Christmas gift that won't work because of the app? Returning, disappointed kids. App does nothing for sumo, won't connect, no where to drive, no controls, stupid.

Connection problems with this app and drone make it impossible to enjoy. The drone just collects dust because nobody wants to spend 30 minutes playing the connect/disconnect /acknowledged game. First and last time I purchase anything from this company.

Finally figured it out. Drone has to have full charge, connects via WiFi not Bluetooth like the flying drones. Full charge about 30 mins via wall charger or 60 mins via computer.

Load of rubbish and waste of money after sofeware update it wont work. Software on the phone is unable to see the unit although it is paired.

Update the app so I can connect to the drone frome the app. The Buzz and Diesel will get smashed before Xmas is over. Parents worst nightmare on Xmas.

If you're on Android, connect to the wireless network of the drone. This is the important bit: the network (obviously) had no connection to the Internet and WILL NOT WORK UNTIL YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT. Click on the connection and you will get a pop-up stating that the network has no Internet connection and asking you whether you want to stay connected or not. Click the 'Don't ask again' checkbox and then click Yes. Now the app will connect to the drone.

The stupid thing doesn't even have the option to go into a control pad. The device doesn't appear on WiFi of Bluetooth and the instructions are so useless there may as well not be a version in English for all the help it gives. Never buy this for anyone, ever, it's practically a scam.

Great app as all parrots products! You are all books at this stuff(people in comments rating below 3 stars) when you try to connect it doesn't automatically because it has no connection so you have to manually connect and that's it! You just have to enter the app and control your drone (ground drones in this situation)

I don't know what u people are doing and most of u obviousley don't know how to use this app it works perfect for me so all those people who don't know how to use them stop whining and get over it what did you expect from these drones?!! That they would be perfect lol no! It was fun playing with my drone but then it got boring so fast u guys need the camera quality to be better then ill rate 5 stars.

I have an android and i dont have the free flight 3 app. But it does have all the other apps. I tried to connect and it didnt work. Please help me, the youtube tutorial did not help because he had an ios. Am i not supposed to have the origional app because i have an android? I have the jumping sumo and i need to know which one to actually try to connect to, and how to do it!!!

BUT really need to waterproof the circuit boards. The first max drone I got ran over a small puddle and the splash killed it. If it submerged I can understand why it would fry but this was a miniscule amount of water and it just killed it so with the second one that I got I used some Dielectric grease just in case. So far so good. Would be nice if it would work with BlueStacks got it to connect once was able to see the video feed but when I press start it did nothing and went back to the menu when you're no

Can't use this on my new Pixel, but installed the app on my old S4 and it connects right away. What gives? I was so excited to try this on a bigger screen and my Pixel won't connect. I'm able to connect to the Sumo wifi, but the app doesn't seem to recognize that.

Installed the app on Android. Home screen has Drone Academy, Store, a demo video, Help, and Road Map. Where are the basic controls?!?!? Worst UI ever? (And Help fails to connect to online help.)

So i got a jumping sumo about a year ago, and it was awesome with freeflight 3. But then, for absolutely NO REASON, they wiped freeflight 3 off the face of the earth and released this app which is impossible to find.

App only intermittently makes connection with the drone. I've had the app and drone for two days now and I've only been successful once in making a connection and being able to operate the drone. Will most likely be returning the drone and uninstalling the app. Parrot was less than helpful during troubleshooting.

Very basic controls and the camera feature is really fun with the jumping night. The WiFi isn't the best though, because the footage gets choppy if you drive into a different room.

There are a couple problems though, after having it for about a year the jumper part wouldn't do the high jump anymore, also just recently the left wheel stopped spinning. Please help.

Won't load up to remote control my sumo mnidrone. The old free flight app used to connect with no issue, but this one just sits there trying to get me to watch useless videos and create an accout to buy more software for the already expesive toy. I do not recommend buying a parrot mini drone because of this issue!

The app won't work - it asks for an update 'due to security reasons' but there's no update available so it tells me to connect to the drone and when I do so it asks to update the app. It definitely does connect to the drone though cuz I can see the image from the cam. What am I doing wrong?

If your having issues connecting, make sure your connected to drone wifi. Then download firmware update, after that is transferred to drone you will be able to use. App is not user friendly to begin with,but is loads of fun once you get running

I've just installed the app, very slow response difficult to control my jumping max drone. Going to try different app(s).

I have had my jumping sumo minidrone for almost 3 years and have loved it ever since. It was already bad enough when the kicker magically stopped working, but now I have to use two separate apps to control my jumping sumo and my rolling spider which has started acting retarded too.
