App is ok. Airborne Cargo connects and flies ok given I'm using it in a cramped space. Photos won't transfer to my phone - just times out after a few minutes. Some of the features described don't seem to be available still. I guess this is still biased towards iPhone? Using Samsung galaxy s8 plus so wouldn't have thought it's down to phone performance. Oh well.

Only thing I can say is oh well I'm going to still keep going. Mind yours and I'll mind mine. But how many does it take. A nation and you know what I'm still gonna keep going and all them other apps didn't work well tomorrow's another day.

Won't connect to drone. Drone visible and paired to phone Bluetooth but App gets stuck on connection page until drone times out and switches off. Now have an expensive ornament instead of a working drone. Rubbish.

This app does work perfectly on ios devices.However the android version is flawed with connection issues. To anyone who is having trouble.... 1. Turn on the swing 2. Connect via Bluetooth in phone settings. 3. Open app and connect to swing drone. 4. Once connected to drone go back to phone settings and pair with controller. 5. Reopen app and connect with controller. (If you turn on controller before drone it will not let you connect to drone via android.) Also if you havent updated the software on the swing and controller do it now it fixed many issues for me! I hope this helps everyone. Cheers!!!

Absurd developers. New update won't let my drone connect, tried everything. Now my drone is completely useless and their web forum is no help. No customer service to talk to, no way to fix my drone that i can find. Waste of time, effort, and money.

Terrible app using an android phone. Connects maybe once in every 25 tries. Have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app. Garbage, and I've only been able to fly the drone half a dozen times since Xmas.

The range isnt that far. I flown this drone with many devices and after its 5 feet from you its non controllable. It takes off on its own and hits things. Not good. Maybe you guys should make an actual controller you can purchase for these, the phone just don't cut it with or without the controller that holds your phone... I flew mine one time and it took off and broke the prop. So I just dont fly it, I'll probably give it away. Even thou I paid $100+ im not going to sell it to someone acting like its all good.

The App is ok though Parrot clearly favours Apple users. Lots of functionality unavailable to Android users. Running this on a Samsung note edge. The bluetooth in the drone will alwys have difficulty connecting to Android if there are any other bluetooth devices around or if it was previously connected to another Bluetooth device. This part sucks because you spend more time trying to connect than flying. Try placing both devices in a Faraday cage to properly connect. Bluetooth is a bad protocol for drone control. Have 2 parrot drones and won't buy another because I don't use any apple products.

Solved Bluetooth connection issue. DO NOT PAIR UP IN BLUETOOTH OPTIONS. Switch your Bluetooth on then go to the app. It will then allow you to connect with no problem. Something to do with the low power standard. If to pair it with your device first it will not connect and will drive you crazy.

The AP itself is great, but unfortunately I too had issues connecting on Android devices.. it does connect but it does take a while and sometimes the drone shows connected, but the app doesn't. Still like it though...

I like the app, but since 10 minutes ago my drone can't connect to the app. My phone can detect it in Bluetooth setting, but in the app he can't detect the drone. Does anyone have advice?

Using on Nexus 6P with Airborne Cargo. Slow to connect, and also frustratingly rarely logs flight data or actually takes photos when requested. Needs to be much more reliable recording and more reliable reconnection after swapping batteries.

If you have problem with connectivity like I did, download BLE Scanner, it will find your drone.Your Bluetooth has to be 4 or up also. I have an Android and Free Flight Mini works great.

Very crappy app and product. Bought it during Thanksgiving on holiday in the US. Has never worked as it never connects with my android phone. Pls don't bother wasting your money on it. App should be pulled down this app store.

Fails to update the firmware on my Drone, and it keeps auto landing all the time. Will avoid Parrot products in the future. I had even worse issues with two Bebop series drones.

Just updated the drone to the new updates. Now my drone can't even fly.. If it fly, won't stay in a place instead it will moves around on it's own.. Please tell me what to troubleshoot with it

Haven't been using my drone in a while. Needed to download free flight mini instead of the free flight pro and I like it. Easy to use and quick to connect and the settings make it even easier to learn on.

The app is pretty useless. The biggest feature is it tells you the battery life remaining, and that's no big feat since the swing only has 7 minutes per one hour charge, if lucky. Set a phone timer and use the controller instead.

App is very buggy. Drone #1 stopped connecting to app after a few flights. Parrot replaced it. Drone #2 I couldn't get to connect out of the box, and called tech support-- they were going to let me replace it. Telling my phone to forget the bluetooth connection and then letting it connect via the app first worked (I swear that's what I tried initially, and the app wouldn't connect, but the second time was the charm).

This app works perfectly. If you are complaining it is either because you didn't follow instructions, or you didn't check if your device is compatible with it. Great app

Using Galaxy S7 - Connects and flies easily and greatly but there is no option to move photos from drone to phone as instructions and tutorial claim. The app shows number of photos that has been taken, just no way to retrieve them.

Its horrible it wont let me connect with blutooth it shows but it wont connect. On the app it completely never shows!

No 9ne at parrot listens to the forums so maybe they pay attention to the google side of things... there was recently an update involving the airborne minidrone that makes it unflyable. Parrot WILP NOT help don't buy one because it will just crash and cost you money that parrot will not refund even though they have caused this problem in the first place... awful customer service, awful reply ethics and no help at all. Even though the pattpt forum has plenty of people all complaining with the exact same issues ... disgusting

Perfect. All these other people giving bad reviews how about instead of complaining go buy a better phone. Flawless app 5 stars 100% functional. Great job again parrot.

After updating the drone software it is impossible to connect to the drone. It connected instantly on iOS.

Horrible app and horrible customer service. App is not compatible with most Android phones and my new Google Pixel XL. Was told by customer service to buy a new phone!

Android user, No drone connection to app. Sux...

I'm super frustrated. I bought my drone 3 weeks ago and now I can't connect to the drone so it's totally worthless if the app isn't working. I'm about to return it. This is ridiculous.

It is OK it takes less than a minute to connect and does it every time and you can do flips I don't understand the other comments

Crashes so you can't use your drone or update the software. Hoovers up your personal, private info like your contacts unnecessarily. Eats a ton of your phone's storage for the privilege. Avoid.

Well i downloaded it and it found my drone but now my drone wont stop . The propellers just keep going even if i turn off my phone it will run untill the battery dies. App scrambled my drone and now i cant use my drone at all

It is awful I downloaded it used it 2 times all it would do is make it go straight into a tree twice by itself without touching the controls n then it wouldn't connect back to it I would give negative 10 stars if I could don't download

Had trouble connecting drone to phone at first then realised the control pad has to be switched off for the initial pairing other wise there will be a connection conflict.

Parrot night swat drifts a bit and always wants to hit preset Max hight. Doesn't brake(stop) as fast as the mambo. Instead it will drift until corrected manually. Night swat does not connect directly to the flypad.

I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get it to connect to the drone. Where it then stays connecting for about 2 minutes. Once it is disconnected the interface makes it impossible to reconnect

If people have problems connecting, try turning your location on on your phone, I had the same problem, it would not connect, soon as I put location on it connected every time with out fail

New update/firmware seems to have made my drone flightless, lights still work just can't take off anymore, was flying just before firmware update

Just got firmware update on my drone. It connects better, but cannot control it!

Every time i fly the drone it falls out of the sky after a few seconds. I contacted parrot but so far the have not found a solution!!!
