No longer compatible with land Rover in control apps

When using this app in a city be careful. I asked for parking near a venue. It was a 20 min walk! Because there was a business in the same area with a similar name it parked me there. I lost out on 20.00 and found parking within a 2 min walk for 6.00!

Made a reservation for 5:45 am, when I arrived at the lot at 5:40 it was full to capacity. I couldn't even pull in. The attendant waved me away and said full! I told him I had a reservation, he said no, the lot is full! What's the point of reserving a spot if it's not really reserved?! I'm left to scramble and search for a spot so I can go to work, and you guys took my money upfront. Communicate with the lots you "reserve" spots for! Have real time updates of whether there actually is space in a given lot. This was a complete waste of time! Luckily there was a lot in the area that wasn't full. Extremely disappointed

Recently used app to reserve a spot close to a soccer match. When I arrived, contrary to what the company claims, I was turned away and told my reservation was null.. I asked attendant to call his manager/owner of the parking lot and he said "I don't know parkwhiz and I don't know why they are renting out my spaces". I have contacted park whiz and they only offered a $5 credit for my next use. Keep in mind parking ranges from $5-$40. So it didn't even cover my dilemma. Stay away if you'd like to avoid same experience as I did.

The new version is so slick! Still so easy to use! Saved time and money. Best ever.

This found parking near the event, I paid a head of time, paid half the price, gave me directions to the parking garage. PERFECT!

Easy to use

TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! My reservation was $24 BUT when I try to pick up my car they said I have to pay the no-discounted full fare of $59 !!! They didn't say anything when I park. They said call a police if I want to dispute it. The reason was I arrived late due to traffic and thus ineligable for the early bird special. That was when I discovered a small fine print in my reservation page. But the reservation page also said I can park "ANYTIME AFTER" the resevation time and this misled me thinking that I can park anytime. I called parkwhiz but they were not helpful at all and said I have to pay what they want me to pay because of that fine print. So I ended up paying the entire $59. The guy at parking lot said this kind of thing happens all the time and they always struggle with customers. My fault for not reading the fine print but I think at least they failed to properly warn their customers for this kind of thing. If I knew this I would have parked elsewhere. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!

Very easy to use. Used it for parking in Boston and San Francisco. So much better than driving around not knowing what you are going to find or pay. I will be using this app from now on for all parking!

Love ParkWhiz. I always have a reserved spot at a reasonable price for all SF Giants games.

Not sure the point of this. I made a reservation got all my confirmations got to the lot and they told me they were full. Had to run around looking for another place and was late for my concert. If they aren't forced to honor the reservation this app is pointless

I found a lot in NYC for $22 using this app. When I hit the "confirm" button, the app hourglassed for more than 10 minutes. I tried again and the same thing happened. The parking attendant told me to park and try the purchase later. I did, and the price jumped to $35. Techsupport did nothing for me after 22 minutes of arguing. Terrible app.

I would give 5 stars, but my reservation for a Taylor Swift concert was rejected and had to find parking last minute. Parkwhiz was sorry and gave me some future parking free, but nervous it will happen again

This app has never failed me and has always given me the lowest prices. Even when I went to the wrong place and re-booked, I was promptly given a refund for my mistake. Says guaranteed reserved spot... not really as our lot was full and was told to go to their other parking area. If this happens the first time it will happen again. Be careful users!

The app works as advertised. Found good parking in NYC, and knew I'd be walking to get decent pricing. I have a truck, so had to pay more to park, and most places can only accommodate smaller vehicles. I was waved away after already having a reservation, but was able to get another one after contacting customer service on the recommendation of the attendant. Almost waved off again, but they caved because of the pre pay. My only complaint was when I picked up my vehicle right at the end of the reserved time, the attendant charged me extra. Not sure what that was for as the attendant really didn't speak good English, nor did he offer an explanation. App itself and customer service was worth it. Not to sure the garages are really onboard with the service.

On three occasions now I've used this app to secure parking ahead of time​ in Chicago only to find out upon arriving, I paid more through the app than if I had just paid the normal lot fee.

This app cannot make it any easier to park. I absolutely love it. I highly recommend it if you travel a lot, especially if you travel to New York City. This app is flawless.

Something is not right. It worked at first, but never again. Help did not help.

I had issues initially with the app because it wouldn't log in to the correct account, but the garage was reasonable & easy to use.

It's convenient, I just don't like how it make you pay for hours you don't need

Great savings on NYC parking

Been a loyal fan for a while. This app does the trick and the experience is reliable and seemless. I pay less than $20 to park for an entire day, which is cheaper than me paying for my train tickets in from Long Island.

Good service and prices

Usually use parking apps with coupons. This time I needed to know I had a definite spot. Prepaid $20. Turned away by attendant. I said my spot already paid and he repeated "full". By the time I found another lot I was late to my own party. Will never prepay again. It obviously means nothing.

I found this app incredibly helpful on my recent trip to San Francisco. And the UI is very appealing.
