Hi. My first name is Mark Frederick. The app nor the website does not allow inputting spaces in between. I registered and entered without spaces as in 'markfrederick'. Will this affect my bookings? Or should I edit it?

Hi, if my brothers first name is john michael, how should o register the name when booking flights?? The app doesnt allow spaces in between names?? Would really like a rapid response.. I booking a ticket right now..

The app doesn't work on my android LG v10. There is no text anywhere in the app. No words and no menus. I tried to reinstall and it still doesn't work.

No languages appeared, not even Korean, and I couldn't find the button to search flights.

I cant use it to add in flight meal

업데트되면서 가독성이 너무좋아졌어요! 색감과 조금의 디자인변화로 큰 차이가생긴것같아요!! 카테고리들도 깔끔해져서 원하는것 찾기도 GOOD!!!

I can't select any discount coupon for my booking despite i have the coupon in My Coupon and i have followed all the steps as per advised.

Updated then its crashing now. It will load for a minute or so then it will crash

There is no way in app (or online) to apply my Jeju Resident discount. If I go to the airport, I get charged extra to buy a ticket in person...not sure of the best way to buy a ticket.

It sometimes get stuck on the loading page and when it does, it takes a long time to load.

App crashes instantly. Also, Korean messages in the English version. Well done!

It took me year just to open the home page

The website sucks! I cant book any flight.

Why jeju air app is like this. I can't pay for my reservation flight .. grrrrr . I tried for 80 times but same declined!!!!!

Server is very slow. I even have not got into app it has been stuck at opening page.

I was trying to book for the super fare sale but when I was about to pay, it was just a blank page. How disappointing!

The site is slow and unstable. Could not even check prices for flights, kept on loading forever!

We can't doing payment with overseas issued card..

As my husband gave comment in my site quite nagative beforehand bt i was nt totally agree .. just need to improvement. ! now we got a better app than before..

Before the update, the app was able to send proper encoded email in preferred language to email acct. After latest update i m now unable to access my account as i have requested a reset of password but the email contained gibberish which i could not click on to change password. And there is no email help to seek assistance from...

It's clean and their stewardess are nice and friendly.

I keep receiving and error message saying that there was an issue with the installation process and to retry installing it again- this is the second time I've attempted to install this app. Jeju Air was not prepared for this promotion.
