One of the worst of these parking pay apps. Far too many steps to make a payment and always takes ages to confirm each step. This can take 5 minutes to pay! RingGo is a far better designed app

A waste of time. I spent 30 minutes setting up the app and a account, only to find it did not work. Leaving me no other option but to leave the vehicle without paying. Luckily I did not receive a PCN.

Rubbish parking app. Doesn't show previous or current bookings to just click the same location number again or extend your current parking. Not sure why Westminster have changed to this shite site. Please sort immediately!!!!

The worst app for parking among others in London. Can't finish session always crashes, logs me out and doesn't open list of the vehicle. So sad that I have to use phone number to call for parking, when few years ago everything worked fantastic. Shame for development department that they still can't fix that bugs. Of course when you have no options to choose from and only single app has been chosen by the Westminster(that's not working properly) it pushes me to think just about corruption

What was wrong with the Ringo app? Very poor app compared to all others. As usual Westminster think they know best.

If this hooks into the RingGo app for personal details, car details, and card details, why not just allow the use of RingGo? Maybe you can and I don't know, but the parking sign posts all say to use this one. Poor experience.

This app is just awful. If you move your phone into landscape mode every thing just gets deleted and it puts you back to the main page. And visually it's just terrible to look at. Bring back Pay by Phone.

Apparently my number is already registered, can't remember ever using it, but must have. Anyway, tried several times to reset pin, to gain access, but email to reset the pin does not appear. Tried on partners phone but same problem. Seems like app is stuck in 90s. Poor design.

gmail is not a suitable email, booking does not go through, registration takes 15 minutes. The person who built this app seems like a total amateur in programming and should never be allowed to even touch the keyboard. F###ing idiot... Avoid this app like plague.

I have an old Ringo account, the same phone number but it was 5 years ago. None of the other details it needed were still relevant or memorable. You need a way to wipe an account and start again or an easier way to validate. Had to use my girlfriend's mobile number just to register. Heaven knows if the app will actually work!

You'd think that to make up for the insane parking rates Westminster would at least make it easy to be ripped off,but no the app is terrible garbage. Terrible UI, hard to understand, fails to load the payment module and has parking details conveniently different from those on the signs

So after an hour of messing about, down loading, installing, un installing, trying to reset password, Westminster site security certificate out of date and invalid.....all....for what to still not pay a £1 parking ticket. This is a typical example of private sector scam being poorly managed by public sector over paid lazy idiots

2016 - The app crashes, loads slower than it did and constantly logs out! I have to call up 50% of the time to pay and this costs me precious minutes throughout the day. Westminster should ask for improvements! 2014 - Westminster have made a poor decision to use this app as its time consuming, slow and doesn't save card details...all just to park bring back the pay machines I say! I cannot actually believe how bad this app is we need more comments for the developers to change it!

Just use your Ringo app. It still works. ( I gave up on parkright and used Ringo and didn't get a ticket)

A confusing interface, annoying pin security and poor on screen status. This needs a complete rewrite.

I use the app for motorbike parking, so I don't use the space finder functionality. Other than that, it remembers my details and is reasonably easy to use. My biggest gripe is that the app goes back to square 1 in the payment process if switched from portrait to landscape. That it has such an obvious and trivial bug reveals a disappointing level of amateurism.

Just used my ring go account. Could not find my current parking session so logged on to ring go and there it was. The app is a wast of time

The previous app used by Westminster was so much easier to use. This app just wasted my time when I tried to register. Just call the number instead, you'll save so much time. You need to improve the ui/ux in the app. Remember that people will be using the app in the middle of the street, so you want to make the flow very easy for all aspects of the app.

Allowed me to buy parking for an invalid reg. Should at least do some basic validation.

Worse than the previous app. Clunky, forgets entered data. Just terrible.

Much quicker to call the number instead. Can't registered any of my cards, but I use to parking for ages in Westminster. All my vehicle are registered in the system my cards too, but can't use the app.

Works good for me. However I would appreciate if besides of the name of the road where the parking spot is, you would add it's 4 digits code. Which is written on the sign and of course needed for quoting when booking the parking.

Awful. Simply crashes for no reason. Ended up having to phone them. What was the point of changing the old working app? Unbelievable.

Could be much better.gives details of available spaces unfortunately will not take into account all spaces the Westminster council suspend, forever driving around.

The old app fornhis area was far superior in as far as it actually worked...why change it...fix this now please..

Can't register because it put me out every time I move the screen while I'm writing my details!

Tried to register my details. Appalling that the feedback doesn't tell you whats wrong with the data entered, because to me it all looks correct. Total fail.

Agree with comments below. This app and process is diabolical. Old app was much better. I gave up and called instead. Took me 15 minutes to pay for parking.
