its impossible to use.. can register a new login.. cannot change password.. does anyone from the company read these reviews to get it fixed? dont waste your data downloading it

This is the slowest and most badly designed with poor testing quality online shopping App. It's the most unuserfriendly and poorly supported App ever used. It feels like product from last century. It'll never bit the other online shopping App.

Crashes when I use the favorites list function. Need to sign up so many bloody accounts for moneyback loyalty program - confusing as hell and very bad experience. There's Chinese all over the English interface

The app keeps crashing. Managed to finalize my purchase after more than 10 crashes but won't use it again untill it's fixed. Very frustrating

Might as well go to the shop and arrange delivery at the counter. Worst online shopping user experience ever.

Worst app ever… can't enter the delivery address/ can't save the purchasing list/ crushed for countless times… what was park n shop thinking when they issued this app? NOT recommend downloading this app!!!

1) couldnt register my moneyback no. Called CS, said they'll do it 2-3 days. 3 weeks later, still unable! 2) checked it was >hkd500, I proceeded to checkout and paid. Then I noticed the final balance was different! Items out of stock were NOT notified! They charged me hkd30 delivery. 3) they reimburse hkd30 as eVoucher. Several weeks later, eVoucher was not visible anymore in the app! I shouldnt believe them to reimburse in eVoucher!!! Regret!

My password is 10 digit ... It was not able to login !!! The password text field is too short

Very poor navigation and search. This is basically what needs to work in this kind of app.

the app cannot switch to chinese language and keep crashing.

My wish list from the desktop site doesn't show up on the app...

Many other shops have bar code in their apps so that customers don't have to carry the plastic anymore. A must have nowadays.

Default in Chinese and no clue on how to switch over! Notice for password error is in Chinese too although default language has been switched to English language. Another issue is that I can access my Moneyback account via this new APP, yet it requires me to link my Moneyback account with the online account manually! Thought that this should have been automatic! Kindly include a default language for Moneyback, I hate to tell the cashier on language for receipt whenever I buy @ Taste
