ParkMe - Miami Beach

Based on my limited use, I think this app sucks and the machines they installed (If they were installed by the same company) suck too.

I used it last year it was great but now it does not load any of the parking locations

The app couldn't locate me or reserve parking. Why bother?

Ignore the morons on this site who are complaining that this app won't let them pay for parking... This app isn't intended to pay for parking - it is intended to LOCATE parking in Miami Beach. And it does exactly that!

Residents and tourists must have this app if they're in Miami Beach it's essential

The request has been terminated.  Fix this asap please!

Not user friendly

Can't pay for parking so what's the point?

Gave me good prices and options for parking.

Does not take credit cards. Which idiot at city hall voted to adopt this app? Let's you go way after your time expires, in my case - next day, to let you know you ran out of time. Locator does not work well. It gives you the vicinity where your car is but not the exact spot.

Can't even login it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I switch over to the Internet with the same credentials and it works.

Had to send city proof and follow up with emails and phone calls to get the ticket removed . I almost had to go to court. They couldnt even look it up or ask this vendor the maker of this app to take care of it. How could the systems not be integrated and not work? Horrible PR for city of Miami Beach.

This app is not the parking app for the beach. Download parkmobile instead.

Very confusing and have never been able to use it at all

Every lot it said was open, was out if spaces. Additionally, what it said was $4 for 2hrs was actually $10/hr

Does not work. Do not believe positive comments. Can't find the way to pay wIth this app. Its a shame. DO NOT USE AND DO NOT BOTHER = CRAP.

I have tried multiple times to use this app without success. The machines are all there but I am unable to make the payment or add a cc. Then I select to pay for street parking and it redirects to a page displaying a 404 error. For the non-technical folks that means a page that does not work. Very disappointed. Hope it is fixed quickly since carrying change is not convenient.

App doesn't let you go past payment selection. Leave it to MB, to not use Pay by phone. Sure some commissioner got paid for this garbage.

App is tied to Parkmobile which seems to be a mess. Having said that the folks at Parkme, where extremely attentive and called me right back about my problem. Unfortunately they can't fix it because the problem is with Parkmobile.

After 20 minutes of trying to get the app to accept payment I gave up and paid by credit card with the on-site machine in less time than it would have taken me to use this app. I kept getting an unknown error preventing me from parking. Why do I have to log into another service from within this app? The pay by phone app that Coral Gables uses is how it should be done.

Can hardly log into it to even pay for through mobile app and if you do get through just about when you're finished it kicks you out unknown error

Parking rates are higher then the actual rate on the street and i can' t get access to the payement.
