Cannot create account. "invalid car registration number".... How hard this part has to be?!

Unable to register because my car reg is invalid, somehow? A great concept, executed as if it was run by Irish Water.

Just because you can topup your friend's phone don't think you can pay for their parking! If the car is already registered to someone else you're out of luck. Ridiculous.

The application does not work. I have money in my account that I cannot use. Refund me ASAP.

It says 'Invalid car reg' so I can't even make an account

Much easier that parking disks but there is a €1 charge for each Topup which kills the incentive a little...

I wanted to set up a seperate account for a shared car and apparently this isn't possible. Something worth considering for the designers of the system. Rang the helpline on the app. No help because i'm apparently the only one who sees a need for it. A real negative response from a public service.

Aside from the ugliness and bad user experience... the minimum amount is 10 euro which is useless for tourists.

Invalid car Reg error. Also will not accept some e-mail addresses.

It's pretty handy and very easy to use in my opinion

App works ok. Really like the idea and is really convenient to be able to pay for parking through an app. Few annoying things...have to login to app every time. Can't extend parking, have to repark. No reminders when parking is up. Pricing showing in dollars. Can't have more than one car registered. Generally app is a bit basic

I created an account last night and went to register my card today when I had parked.I tried twice online & it says FAIL on the screen (my details were correct).I rang the number & went through the automated system. When entering my car registration it said to press the key for the letter - I pressed 5 for 'L' - it then said press 1 for LK or 2 for Kilkenny - no option for an L plate on a Limerick app! I eventually chose LK as I was going to an interview.I'm an IT instructor, very difficult for novice users

Works as it's supposed to. Would be nice to be able to pay directly from my cc rather than having to top up but otherwise it's good and handy

For some reason this app says I have a duplicate reg number so unable to use it.
