This app is not very intuitive at all. No direction as to how to get your balance or locate stores. Only found this info by pure chance. Needs menu options available when you select your card!!!

Used to be a really good app for keeping track of your card balances but over the last couple of weeks all you seem to get is bad network. And it seems like everyone else is suffering from the same problem with no reply from the app developers.

This app is absolute rubbish. I do not get the option to locate retailers near me or by post code like the description pictures suggest. There is no option to sign in to my account and manage it or the value on the card when I have added it. Waste of time and space so uninstalled.

Was hoping for a streamlined app that would let me manage my account on my phone in lieu of the website. The website (even the mobile version) is much more useful and functional than the app.
