ParkX - Mobile Payment Parking for Android
A recent update wiped all of my information necessitating the need to register again and enter all info. A bug is now preventing me from entering a parking zone. Terrible user experience.
The new update is terrible. Can't get past trying to set a pin. Exited the app and when it asks for a pin, it says I entered the wrong one!
Was fine until the last update. Developers messed that up, all user data was erased.
Constantly kicks me out and now it deleted ALL of my user info and made me enter everything from scratch. Bro do you even data migration?
Last update like everyone else lost everything. All fine added everything but now I can not even add funds or get past selecting card to confirm my parking. Now that is a real inconvenience when I have to walk 30 mins to pay for parking get this fixed! I've also sent in 3 bugs for this very issue and even called via 311 to talk to someone, no one answered had to leave a message with no reply as of yet..... Update 11 am 2/10/2017 called 3 different parkx numbers when it says press 1 to pay for parking it says an error has occurred goodbye. And as for number 2 to talk to a customer service representative it says the exact same thing. If these number provided don't work then don't provide them
The always logging in part is a drag. It doesn't notify you anymore when the time is up. And the prepaid card is annoying why do it if there is no discount.
Referred to this app by the parking meter. It keeps telling me my zone is not in their system, so I can't pay for my parking using the app. My zone is 1 and I've tried other variants like 01 and even other numbers just to see if anything works. But as of right now, this app is completely unusable for me.
What's wrong with the last app version? What you guys did with park X app? After last updated it doesn't work anymore... Please fix it!!!
Just downloaded the app and it won't let me get past the pin. Error occurs every single time.
It was great until it didn't register when and where, multiple times, I was parked at. Now have 2 tickets for times and places I've paid for. No intention of letting more problems occur to wait for a solution.
New update, what a joke. Pin won't work , lost my wallet amount. POS!

This app is useless. Just downloaded it and couldn't connect to passport.
I lost 9 $ because I had to update my information and now I don't even have that $0.15 discount so instead of paying $3.60 now I'm paying $3.85
Super easy. No hassle nor the need to go out to the meter in person to try to make in time to extend time

Yesterday 2/8 I realized my app on my android phone had uninstalled and this new app lost ALL my saved information. Second, it took multiple times for the 3 digit Pin to work. Third, I got a parking ticket due to this crap. Fourth, Park X was not available on multiple occasions yesterday to take any of my phone calls. Last, who is going to reimburse me for the $25.00 parking ticket? I need. A response ASAP.
Rating drop because after last update, unable to connect to Passport to reset pin and app is now useless. UPDATE: Thank you, Passport, for helping with the issue. Two stars higher for review, since it's been good for me. Will monitor and update review.
Downgraded from 5 starts to 1 since the update. Cannot use the app--not allowing me to reload my balance. When I reported the issue, I received truly unhelpful one-sentence "advice" to from Passport Inc. I've submitted detailed info and screenshots on the various issues. Will update rating as needed pending better assistance from the service team.
Great idea, very inconvenient app. It takes me longer to pay by ParkX than just by credit card, because the app is so buggy at random times. When it works, it's great, but that's only been less than 50% of the time in my experience. I've sent a request asking for a refund of my money, but they don't address that anywhere in their FAQs. They say you can call for help, but I can't find that anywhere on this app or their website.
This new update is terrible. Not only did I have to re-enter everything but it just works terrible now. Lots of trouble even paying for things in the new system.
Very convenient. I installed the new version directly, not as upgrade from previous version. Works great. Allows me to buy more time remotely after previous session expires. I don't have to go back to my vehicle to extend time. Love it!
-Recent update fixed issues After update unable to chose anything but max time. Also lost funds that were in wallet due to update. App freezes when selecting almost any option. Worked perfectly before update.
What a rip off. For someone not from the area who will never need to use the app again I think it's unnecessary to pay the $10 minimum to use this app when I only needed $2 to park. Learn from honest apps like Parkmobile who only charge for parking when you really need it and doesn't require a minimum payment of $10!!
New update deleted all saved information including the money transferred to wallet - terrible user experience. I need my previous data restored or money reimbursed ASAP.

Update won't work. I tried the Web as well. Updated pin, but then it's not coded well enough to bump out of the reset process. Update. Customer service was quick to respond and fixed the problem. Thanks.
