Park El Paso - Mobile Payments

I paid for 3 hours of parking and during that time, I got a $25 parking ticket. I'm a tourist visiting el paso for the weekend. How am I supposed to go contest this ticket when they only do that on the weekdays? thanks for nothing.

This app doesn't find anything nor accepts the parking number you add to it. It's useless. You can't do anything with it.

I could not finish creating my account. A code needs to be entered, but there is no place to enter the code and after three attempts the app shuts down. I'll stick with coins and credit cards.

Used the app to pay a parking meter, and 5 minutes after I paid I had a parking ticket on my windshield. I called the next day, and was told I had to go down to the main office with the ticket and my receipt showing I had paid. What's the point of using the app if I'm still going to get a ticket and have to spend my time to get the ticket dismissed.

Charged me twice and didn't give me the time until later which caused me to get a citation. Now I have to go to Court! I'm very upset. Either it was the app or the cop not doing his job and checking if I had paid on line!! Either way it didn t give me the time and after I paid it still kept saying my time was running out. Nevervusing this thing again. I'm very annoyed!!

This is a good app well designed. The only thing from keeping me from using this app is the high service fee of .35 cents every time you want to pay with mobile. Even if you want to add 30 mins boom 35 cents. So your constantly paying service fees every time you use this app. . It would be nice if they would make it 5 cents. Other than that this app is very handy.

I lost my spot in line that I have been standing for hours! Just because the app decided not to work.

Not allow pay parking to people that has Mexican plate. Remember that we live in border with México. I think is a good idea add a bar code to be scanned instead of type the section.
