Whoosh!

Very klugy. Won't let you load credit card information before you first park.. Doesn't recognize all locations. I actually downgraded this from a 2 to a 1. Almost got a ticket today, because this app could not recognize the location in Radnor, PA. Waste of time.

this app is super quick & easy. I would think it would be ideal for people with small children or mobility issues, too!! One less thing to worry about.

Payment options don't all work, if you have enough different cards you might eventually find one which works

Love ease of use. Makes having coreect chsnge obsolete.

Works very well. Would be better if it stored favorite or commonly used parking lots to avoid searching for them every day.

Quick and easy to use. Sure beats going out in the snow, walking 2 blocks to the garage, and feeding the meter.

The app would not allow me to change the state for my license plate.

They have not responded to any of my emails requesting for my funds to be refunded as they do not accommodate for the car park I use. It's stupid you can only top up a certain amount and no communication from them at all. Be wary.

Cannot open the app at all

This app obviously is useful and not using it will cost me time (standing at the kiosk) or money (paying fines), so I'm grateful it works. But, it is overly complicated. I like to go to work (20 miles away) and then pay for my parking back at my train station. And given the GPS, it takes several minutes to pull up the right parking location. Consider a search function.

Had to a download this new app with the same name as the old app ? for Witham car park and used it for the first time on Sat 14th Jan 17 to find that it was charging me £6.20 which for a Saturday should be £3.20. This happened with the old app when i furst used it and again now.Crap service again from the owners of witham carpark.

Has so far costed me more in parking fines than a traditional system. If you have a choice do not use.

Simple et rapide

I'm sure this app would be great if it worked. Every time I input my credit card information during the payment stage, I get a "session timed out." It doesn't matter how quickly I put my info in.

They charge 200% more than paying at the parking kiosk at Niagara Falls, NY. Also, if you want to delete the account, you literately have to mail them (not email). Here is their terms for closure of an account "The User may close its Account at any time and free of charge by sending a written request to the following address: 40 Twosome Drive, Suite 7, Moorestown, NJ 08057."

Super easy to use and haven't gotten a ticket yet.

Amazing how many parking meters down here !!

You usually need this app in rush. It is full of bugs. Doesn't recognize your visa and service constantly interrupts. Ive never had a positive interaction with it and anytime i used it it was very stressful. I have to run into a meeting while working on my phone for half an hour ti figure this out. Very very vad design and user unfriendly. Don't offer sth that doesn't work.

This app is nice in that I can pay for parking without standing in line. However, having to find your parking lot on the map is utterly ridiculous. Why can't you search if you know the name of the lot? Also, the $0.35 fee on a $2 transaction is absurd.

I love this app. It's easy to use. And once your GPS is on it makes it that much easier to find meters.

Adding 17.5% to the parking fee is unacceptable. I talked to the village and confirmed you are levying it. I'll go with cash, which is quicker anyway - we just did a field test. Pity: I was looking forward to using this. Oh, and it's buggy: no transaction shown after parking, and no way to delete credit card, plus other miscellaneous items.

I went through the payment process but did not click on finish and accidently went back. When it the prompted me that I already bought the ticket, I went to my history and it was not there nor was there an email or way to check my transaction status so then I purchased it again with the obvious assumption it didnt charge me the first time. Well it did so i just got charged for the same transaction! This app service as expensive as it is and charged me double! Fix your app before charging such high fees

Parking costs 17.5% more if I pay using this app vs. machine on the parking lot. Won't use it for that reason.

Can't prove that you paid! Really frustrating. Plus the locations of meters are all off.

Doesn't consistently give push notifications, server frequently goes down and parking tickets are issues even when parking is paid for - syracuse parking offices state that Whoosh often goes off line resulting in these tickets

Liked not having to look for or enter a meter number!

I love this app!

Haven't been able to use it in months, used to be problem with meters, now I get "wrong login or pin code" when selecting meter. Even tried creating a new account, still not working.

Don't use it because the organization will use your status to give you a ticket 1 minute after expiration. They get updates just like you will and use it. I saw them putting the ticket on my car, they didn't care

Latest version simply doesn't work. Crashes immediately upon selection of parking location. I can only assume it was budget restraints that forced my university to use this P.O.S. app.

Horrible. Mal conçue, buggé.

The app kept failing, then it double charged me for parking. There is no help section, no phone number to call, no way to get my money back. It was very convenient the first time i used it, but right now, unless I get my money refunded for the double charge, I won't use it again and I won't recommend it to anyone.

Can't delete vehicles, does not support amex... Terrible government sponsored app
