To give someone with basic computer knowledge step-by-step virus removal instructions to clean a virus & malware infected Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista, 7) computer. These are the steps we take, and the software & tools we use everyday in these situations, to clean and secure our customers with excellent virus protection. Please be aware, contrary to what some people may think some PC issues are NOT virus related and could be hardware malfunction. We provide links to tools in order to troubleshoot the most common hardware problems in majority of PCs but that's really not what this App is designed to troubleshoot.
