Drains battery just for being installed. Haven't had the need to use it so far, but it's probably one of the biggest causes for climate change ;)

Can't create an account as input fields don't bring up the keyboard, worse than useless!

I have to use this app for one more that I go to weekly. Eats up your battery even when you haven't started it from a clean power up. I park in the same lot every week and the app doesn't remember it until I put in the number, direction which must be followed by a period or the correct address didn't show up. App needs work.

Runs your battery down by constantly reading GPS and network locations. And when you stop it, you keep getting notices to turn on GPS and network locations. Annoying.

App looks and feels fine but it is using GPS constantly which is heating up my phone and running my battery down so 1-star until this is fixed unfortunately

App keeps eating up battery and data even when not in use. My phone usually lasts whole day on single charge, after installing this app battery used to get exhausted in 6-7 hours. Now uninstalled and things are fine. Also it keeps on using gps when not in use.

Awful app. Absolutely kills your battery. I wouldn't keep it on your phone until you need to use it to park, then I'd re-download and delete again after use.

Either I'm missing something or you say when and how long you want parking for then results are shown but there's not a way of seeing/comparing prices just keeps saying booking must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Well it's 12 hours before I go to Manchester. Uninstalled.

Park Jockey is a good idea but in Sept this year it didn't work out for me. I needed to cancel and found it impossible - the app kept crashing ( and yes, it also uses GPS and hence flattens your battery quickly if you don't stop it ). The phone number didn't connect either and I eventually managed to cancel through the website on my lunch-break and that was only by hunting for a tiny email address to copy and paste. It was then too late and I was charged. However they did sort it out after a couple of weeks, and refunded me, which shows good will on their part. Maybe the new updated version will work for you.

I had to delete this app after my battery was unusually low. After checking my battery consumption park jockey had used 20 percent of my battery and i hadn't even used the app.

Once I deleted the app on my phone rent find but without it drained the battery dry

I used this app on my trip tp Chicago. It was easy to find a spot and worked like a charm. No complaints.

Great application to use

The theory behind this app is brilliant. Anything you can do on your phone is a big plus for many people. However after I paid to use a car park the confirmation stated to print the page off and display in my windscreen. I don't have a printer and havnt needed to for years. If I could just pay and walk away from the car this would be perfect. It does state however that if you can't print it off speak to the carpark attendant to avoid getting a ticket. Sadly the attendant let the app down as he wasn't there.

16% power consumed since last charging and I haven't even started app. Uninstalled.

Used this for the first time today and it only seemed to complicate things. Got charged twice when I booked parking. Prepaid $12 for the parking garage that was charging $10 when I arrived. Probably just find parking on my own like I did in the past.

The app seems to have a bug making it request location information round the clock. Comparing my battery life with and without the app, I got an extra three hours after uninstalling.

Park jokey gave me pricing that was greater than the cost posted in the lot. I called and then emailed support shortly after the reservation began and still ... No response. Today I notice the app used 230mb of mobile data!

I payed for parking and every thing was fine great spp

Book in advance get to the venue spend ages trying to find a free space, no spaces physically reserved, don't know what would have happened if arrived later the car park could have been full, took 45 Mins before we started to move to get out, there reply not our problem

Pay at location didn't accept cash and didn't read several cards from multiple people ( the was a line) . So I downloaded this app .. and when I entered the location.. it told me I had to pay on site. Go eff yourself.

I use this service for the first time yesterday. IT sounded great as in I could reserve spots and not have any issues with sporting events. UNFORTUNATELY they have no security in the lots that they park you in they simply take your money and walk away when the event begins. I unfortunately got my laptop stolen out of my car and I understand I should not have had it in there but the thief had enough time to go through the entire car and take only what they wanted. Terrible.!

It's great finding a parking spot beforehand. The app lacks a confirmation step before booking, so I ended up booking for the wrong car. Good I was able to cancel the booking. I ended up paying parking the good old way. It seems you have to print at home the confirmation to place on the dashboard. Customer service number got into a voicemail.

Parking

It a great free app. Very easy to navigate.Perhaps in future a traffic jam warning to use more convenient parking alternatives for those that are lucky enough to avoid getting stuck in traffic.

Interesting app, useful in real world parking situations, makes parking at jammed events easy and helps you find parking in areas around you, which is good especially if you aren't familiar with the area!
