This works great, and now I am using the paid version. I have a Samsung SGH-T679 Galaxy Exhibit with Android 2.3.6. The app automatically recognizes when I take a pic or video with my camera, and if I am on wi-fi it automatically uploads them. In this lite version, there is a Flync icon in the bottom right corner, so I wouldn't use this permanently, but it is a good test of the app.

Works exactly as described. Just make sure you read the instructions / help to understand the options. Nice that you can set the default permissions on photo uploads. Definitely fills the gap in Samsung's lack of integration with Flickr.
