About Dutch Rental Properties
The official Pararius App offers the most complete and current rental estate listings on the Dutch market. Based on where you are located, Pararius will provide you with properties for rent in and around your location in Holland.
You are also able to do a search by using the advanced search option which provides you with results in a list or on the map. After that you will be able to view the pictures and detailed description of any rental property. Furthermore you are able to contact the real estate agent by email or direct call from the App. You will also be able to pass on rental properties to your friends by email or add them to Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr.
Personalise the homepage with your personal preferences by selecting four cities. Whenever you use the Pararius App you will see the 10 latest rental properties in these cities.

Really bad experience. No updates in houses or apartment s like the websites. search filters are too limited

This app pales in comparison to the functionality of its mother website. The design is dated; resembles iOS at the time of the first iPhone. Far more importantly, the app crashes repeatedly, and even if it stays open long enough, it doesn't load any listings. Completely unusable, which is unfortunate since it has so much potential considering Pararius' sizeable database.

This is a crap app. It doesn't work, because you can't search for houses. It says I have a bad internet connection, which is bull.

Wat een lelijke app, lijkt wel een iPhone... En geen tablet versie? Jongens, het is al weer een tijdje 2013 hoor.. "Show latest offers in: Amsterdam", krijg ik nog steeds dingen uit Rotterdam of Den Haag te zien. Tja...

Gebruikte app om dagelijks snel te kunnen kijken naar de aanbieding echter bleek na een tijdje dat deze niet gelijk loopt met het website aanbod... Dit vind ik erg jammer en zou niet moeten! Inmiddels huis gevonden maar zal dus aanraden de website aan te houden ipv deze app

Design is terrible, but it was, at least, usable. For the last couple of days I can't even see rental details!
