Star Trek App

I cant even use this anymore because it force quits every time I tap something. Fix this.

Really enjoyed this app when it worked, but consistently force closes on poster scans and they are my only missions.

The App runs, then what happened is when I select a mission then it becomes a blank screen then the app force closes

This is nothing more than Space Debris jettisoned from a Star Destroyer to shield Han Solo's escape in the Falcon......

Why the heck is this app still on the App Store by the description it appears to be useless update it maybe hand it over to our friends at CBS Interactive.

The app used to work great day update it it doesn't work at all now crashes all the time

I've been kicked out of the app, it won't let me sign back in saying "not connected to the net, registration failed". How can this be when I've contacted support to help me with my login. Help, my wife & I both love this app. We both have had our phones reset and now can't login. Help please

whatever your doing on there games uninstall it here's my story of these people who can't make 1 decent game I play there games I here a click once in a while and ignore but 1 day I got a notification saying photo saved and shared so I go on my photos and there are pictures and videos and all that crap about sended to (I did not do this these people are hackers and stalkers) the people who make the games ! MAN IF I WAS OLDER I WOULD SUE YOU PEOPLE! Uninstall there invading your privacy Uninstall right now

It's useless. The devs have either abandoned it entirely or are completely incompetent.

Everything is fine once I log off Facebook but once I log on it crashes almost every time I begin to scan images, crashes when I skip missions.

I'm a rear admiral and at a stopping point. All i have are sounds and images and the game crashes on both...tried different devices. All fail. Please fix....then you will get 5 stars.

No longer works even after troubleshooting.

But now it crashes everytime I try to view the pictures and it stopped giving me points for viewing the maps. If you install it.. plan on enjoying it for a while and then deleting it. My guess is they won't fix it since it is going to become the "old" movie soon enough.

It all started going wrong with the competitions. Nice to play along with but only meant for the USA followers. Very annoying indeed!

I love the content and the look, but the scanner has NEVER worked for me on Optimus G, which really cuts down the usefulness.

This app seemed to be just a jumble of advertising for all things ST-Into Darkness.

Just like the ship in the movie, this app crashes spectacularly. It's fun when it works, but has started crashing so much I don't even bother with it much anymore. Odd for a PR app with a keen interest in pushing the soon to be released DVD/BR.

...the scanner go? can't find a way to turn on listening mode. any ideas?

The scanner has not worked for some time now.

Always uninstalls all by it self every 20-30 days

I used to have this rated 4 stars. I've had so many problems with the app that I am about done with it. And, yes, I have been reporting the crashes. REPEATEDLY. Its becoming apparent that now that the movie is out, they don't care about this app anymore.

Yeah, it is a pile of poo. It won't open.

Not only do I have to do the force quite / clear data work around to get the scanner to work every 3 MB or so, it's obvious that iOS has more missions. Takes days for Android to catch up, and I hate being behind my friends on points (we have a "casual" game going re our ranks). I also can't fill out The1701 form on my phone -- pop up can't scroll to the bottom in the app frame. I really wanted to love this app and run around like a crazy person for the scavenger hunt; wish the tech actually worked. :/

This app will not let me view any content or reset my region!!! Also the windows phone version will not let me change my profile pic or region and when i connect to Facebook or Twitter it won`t update and change my pic!!!!!! UPDATE ANDROID VERSION AND WINDOWS PHONE VERSION!!!!!!

Useless piece of garbage. Really wanted to be able to have fun but all the image missions are skipped, scanner doesn't work. Could still get it to work before the latest update but since the latest none of the images scan. Can just do the URL, poll, trivia and sound clip missions.

Pretty much everything leads back to PLEASE BUY OUR PRODUCT. Is Paramount broke or something?? Does JJ Abrams owe thousands of strips of Gold Pressed Latinum to the Ferengi mafia or something??? Even though it's so about moving products to obsessed fan geeks, i rated 3 Horgons for it's stunning visuals, fun setup, Trek geek trivia, & clever design. Wonderful concept, but bugs may cause the app to stop malfunction when doing any of the following: * Opening URLs * Updating the news feed inside the app * Scanning photos * Activating the scanner software * Granting permission to activate the scanner software * Viewing rewards items * Opening the application Malfunctions include: * Not recognizing the presence of an Internet connection * Not recognizing image that is scanned * Recognizing image as a different image * Image scanner stopping entirely to the point that it *cannot* recognize anything, although no indication is given of this * Not acknowledging that a poll has been completed * Crashing repeatedly I think it may have lost a few of my rewards and points as well, but I'm not as certain of those. Some of these problems may be fixed by force-stopping the app and clearing your data, then logging in again. This often gets the application to run long enough to scan an additional photo before entering another semi-permanent logjam. Otherwise, it's great. Extra star for good concept.
