Extremely large icons in the computer list is a waste of space. Only 2 computers visible at a time. The icon is very large and not informative at all. Only the small text below. I have 48 computers. Please make more computers on a screen. Please sort the list. Clicks do not work, only sparingly. Please allow zoom to at least 8x. Now, after zoom, the text on the remote computer is still too small. Please improve the legacy app, I liked it better. Ideas: please add "duplicate computer" to make life easier when you have multiple computers on the same network. Please add a backup/restore computer list.

New version has broken fearures, cant force the resolution

THe mouse works well, but it won't accept input from an external keyboard.

There is a problem using "remote administrator" app in rdp sessions. My keyboard typings doesn't tranlate into "remote administrator" sessions, I can't login, typing, etc. Same problem in ESXi consoles. Old version works fine. Please, fix it and my 5 stars is yours :)

I want to like this, but I can't switch displays. I have 3 monitors on the PC I'm trying to remotely access, but this app only shows one. Also has some difficulty adjusting to screen rotations. Seriously if someone could please help me access my other monitors that would be appreciated.

Typing in this app is ridculously bad. Need to be able to shut off autoreplace, or else it is nearly ompossible to type in passwords because the keyboard generates gigantic strings if you use tab to move between username and password fields. Also the mouse is much less useful than the legacy version.

Compared to old version this one is less good, much bigger UI only 1 server at screen and need 'scroll' other had simple list. And much hate feature is pause music when connect to server. Make that atleast optional. Also drag-and-drop conflicts with magnifier. Also missing option to move screen more top to easier tap window menu bar if maximized.

Well the votes are in. You suck for taking away mouse bc trying to do a mouse click now is virtually impossible on non mobile sites. Assholes!!!

Way to brake a good thing

Does not accept email addresses as login names. Just drops everything after the @ symbol. Will not allow typing of password into windows 10 login screen after selecting correct user name.

The legacy app allowed me to choose from a list view and easily access the servers I manage. With the new app, you can only see one connection on the screen and have to slide through the list one at a time. Takes way too long for me to find the connection I want to access.

Until they bring back the little virtual mouse I'll be sticking with the legacy version, this new version is awful by comparison.

This newer version mouse controller is so stupid. Prefer older version better.

When typing only the last character typed is retailed. If I were to type "test test test" I would see "t t t" on screen.

Crashed constantly, 100% useless.

Will be using the legacy app for my staff until they add virtual mouse back.

There's no curser any more. Forget about even opening files.

I can't use SwiftKey with this app. Have to switch keyboard to type in remote session everytime.

Works okay but lacks an accurate mouse tool for touch usage, and does not support a physical mouse

whenever I wanted to open my documents or picture in my own phone, it asks permission to full access every folder. if i do not give permission, i cannot see/open my pictures or documents. it annoys me to use my own phone. i did not want to connect to any phone or pc remotely when that happened.

Please take care of old apps

It's a great app. Just a bit of bug. The remotes display is larger than local display. This make the display pan which is not the best experience. The legacy app fit my screen perfectly.

Would like the old pointer with l&r mouse buttons back like in RAS legacy app but otherwise I like!
