I like it somewhat. Should be able to put in all the time at once. Very time consuming!

This app and new updates are awful. It has loss my notes numerous times and I spend HOURS reentering them even though they say they are attached. The app jumbled my notes up so they make absolutely no sense. I had to go to the web portal to edit them then they reverted back 5 hours later my work was finally submitted. I have contacted PPL multiple times I get the same response IT is working on the problems. If my notes are not in and submitted I don't get paid. If notes that were attached and the app says they are attached and then several days later or months later the state audits them and they are missing who pays back that money ???? I am now printing and saving each note as I go. Ridiculous and time consuming because they can't get the problems fixed. I had no issues until November, so no it is not user error. I have also had numerous issues logging in and receive a message oops an error has occurred. It has also locked me out saying pass word incorrect. I didn't change my password! When I contact PPL. I get the same response we are working on it the last time they tried to blame the post notes on me. Really? I write a day and save it or submit it and it disappears? They tried to tell me I entered to many ways at once sorry just one day! They are also difficult to get someone to call you back for problems they just don't. I never had any problems with Consumer Direct. PPL is awful with a terrible I.T. department. If I could give the app and the company negative stars I would.

The app is easy to access and submit time sheet . Would be better if there was an option to enter all times in time sheet at one time as opposed to one time entry at a time. My only dislike with the app

Well designed... Easy to use... Simple to make you biweekly time slip and have it submitted in minutes!!! Turning what use to be a 30min-1hr process (depending on who still owns a home fax) in to the easiest part of my day!! Thank you whom ever invented this app...YOU ROCK!!!

It a good way to keep up with hours worked. I like it so far, I haven't had any problems. When u call customer service you don't have to hold on the phone they will return your call in the which in was received.

I like the app so far. I haven't had any problems with it, and it's helpful when it come to keeping track of the hours I've worked!! So far so good!

This app is useless. I can log in but other than that nothing. It won't let me clock in edit time nothing. All it does is give an error message every action you try. It's useless.

I swear this app is awful first off it took 5 minutes for the app to even leave the opening screen and I hate how I have to enter times separately for the same day it takes me 2 hours to enter all the times I work can you make a copy and paste option that would be so helpful I have 4 patients and I don't have the time to sit and enter all one by one if you could fix that and the obvious lagging problems I will happily change my review

App does not function at all. Try switching to "Cantime" an app that truly works!

Did the update like I was suppose to. After that the app just stopped working. I'm entering the correct username & password but it keep saying error. Please fix worked better before the update.

After updating the application, I can no longer login as a worker or member....all information is typed in correctly. Before the update it was a 5* now I wish we had negative stars

Not only have I had to delete timesheets that were entered with the app and recreate them online but my account keeps getting locked because the wrong password keeps getting entered. And what possible reason does this app need to know my location for? If anything this app is the perfect introduction to dealing with ppl because at some point you will feel shock and betrayed. 2/11: Now it says I have no associated consumers when I have 3. Fix the app please!

App is useful if you ignore instructions that PPL gives you. Redundancy comes when Client authorizes "good to pay" but PPL decides to randomly delete hours from a scheduled shift thus shorting worker paycheck. PPL will also ignore corrections. In short, PPL screws everything.

They offer these things but don't see them through. And then they will have "fix days" on the days that billing is due

The contact us section has places to put your info and question, but no send button. Cant enter time because it has no service for me to select. When it starts, it says I need to turn on location GPS. It is on!

I wish app consist of more than entering your time and good to pay. Most people would like to know amount paid.

App is working fine now I have had no problems and I am currently updating app so I hope new updates don't cause a problem.

How do I even log in? I've never made a login or password? Do I have to go to website first?

Can't get it to open so I can log in,,unable to do anything.

Since the new update the app force closes an I am unable to enter my time. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it has not resolved the issue.

I loved the previous version of this app but after the update it is COMPLETELY USELESS! I can log in. I can VIEW my timesheets. That's IT. And I can only view the timesheets if I enter them in on the actual website first and save them there. But I cannot perform ANY task on the app anymore and neither can my employer. This so called "update" just made everything difficult for no reason. Please just change it back!!

I love this app since they fixed the problems. It works great. So easy to enter timesheets! Very pleased now, thanks for fixing it!

This app won't down load I've been trying to download it since 4:00pm today! It is now 7:09pm!

This app will not load and it will not stop downloading. I do not know why you need to know where i am when i do my time sheet

There was nothing wrong with previous app. The update has too many errors and is not working properly. I cant even enter my time. Fix issue or revert back to old app. I would give this update a zero or negative if I could

The app is not responding it is not letting me clock in and out properly on same day. I have tried for 3 days to use this app and was unsuccessful. Many times during clock in or out has resulted in an error box popping up. I had to use my desktop today to create a timesheet so I could get my time in. This app has locked up several times since Monday and I have to exit the app. Please! Please! gives us the old app back it was working just fine.

The people below probably didn't bother trying to scroll down on the "what would you like to do?" Question. Yes there's a quirky design with the new update, and the previous version was indeed better, but this one isn't down for the count. It's smooth and very user friendly. I use the app all the time and I love it so much.

Will not let me log in!! Why the change! The better@work all worked just fine!!
