Genuinely drives me nuts. Never gains connection on Samsung s7, iPhone 7 app seems to connect 50% of the time if you wait for a long time. Half baked app sorry guys, unprofessional.

Going for this brand was the worst decision. ...Every second day the app stops working. Spent money for peace of mind and easy access but all gone waste. Wish I could give ZERO star.

Just installed in my Shah Alam house replacing a South African brand. Seemless operation and relatively user friendly. Initially worried due to the negative reviews. From what I understand, just upgrade the firmware and problem solved.

It is good when it works, the problem is it is intermittent when you can login. Same problem as everyone else - the connect button stays greyed out and only sometimes goes dark and allows you to connect. Bit gutted as I just shelled out thousands on a new Paradox system. I suppose the monitoring will be intermittent as well. Disappointed.

No more port forwading need to be done... the configuration all done by the ... damn coool

Extremely Disappointed spent $2500 on a Paradox system only to have problems with the app which cost me $32 please sort out these problems as I am looking at installing a different system, (Thank you Paradox for getting onto this problem and solving the problem)

Massively disappointed with this app, have been installing Iparadox on clients systems for 5 years now, new app is full of bugs, swan server is very slow and no way to select which notifications to receive, most only want activations and its all or nothing.

Cant Connect, there is no way to connect works 1 of 50 tries, really bad upgrade from iParadox, in the iPhone does not work at least in 1000 tries,.... please come back us the old way to connect, this system does not work at all.

Paid a subscription but this app never works. Does not work on my Android or Apple phone. It will never open up.

I paid a subscription for a product that doesn't even work on my Samsung S7. Never connects on a Wi-Fi connection. It will sometimes connect on a data connection if you wait for a while. Total waste of money.

Worst security app, try to work with pcs250 and 260 wont work at all, there is the worst ddns from paradox, does not refresh at all with domestic regional internet connections, support just passed me a manual and the the way to reconfigure, works 5 days and does no connect anymore, lost all the connection with my home and lost possibility to downgrade my IP150 to work with other ddns, pcs250 with version 3 lost a way to connect via voice with vdmp3 and connection to ebus, my connection to my work is fiber based with lots of bandwidth, even NOT CONNECTION AT ALL. NEVER MIND forguet paradox, all is best except Paradox!!!!!!! I try to do my best and spend hours to put this system working, my family needs protection, BUT if I cannot connect, what kind of safety can I offer to my family???????

You must leave default password "paradox" on IP150 to keep working. Thanks for the support from paradox team.

I only use the the "security" section of the app and it has basic but useful features. I have a request for a new feature: It would be great if you add the ability to add customizable notifications (for ex with sound, vibration, etc.) for each event such as "arm", "disarm", "zone opened", etc.

Had some trouble when setting so took one home to work it out over night. Emailed their support team and they emailed back within 5 mins. I feel asleep after telling them my email and site id and woke up to and email with the solution. These will take 5 mins to install in future.

Can't get it work. Support says not to use it for now because it doesn't work....

Rubbish, i'm an installer and i can't get this app to work, i will move to Risco wich works well, i can't lose customers because of this rubbish

Really, "minimal" annual fee, come'on....

The email I tried to send for support to the email address provided in response to some other reviews has simply bounced back as I am not part of their office365 group! I am also concerned by some of the comments talking about a $25 annual cost given I have 3 family members that would have installed app (if I can get it to work). I was initially excited to see that the insite gold app was free compared to the approx $12 for iParadox. Paradox makes great alarms and sensors... please make a great app!!! :)

Paid a stupid amount to for iParadox which never worked. New app not supported on older OS. Can't install myself, thus need to pay site fee for installer to come out. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

You make us move from the iParadox app by announcing that there is no longer support from Dec 16, but this app doesn't support dyn dns as an alternative to PMH.

I get stuck on after entering panels pin number. Useless. Yearly fee is a shame. There is absolutely no customer support.

This app is the best way to loose your customers. 25$ for an app is outrageous... I paid for the panel, no need to pay recurent fees to you!! The app does not work properly at all, anyway. I preferred to buy another ip150 that will never see v4.

App doesn't work, won't connect, paid for 3 year subscription, no support from distributor or support team.
