Parabo Press:Free Photo Prints

Tried to select pics to print, but all I got was a "no" icon, without any explanation of why these pics wouldn't work, or what I could do to fix it. Out of 25 pics, only one showed a check mark icon, but I have no idea what was different about that picture. Will not use this app unless better instructions/ troubleshooting are available.

The products are great, but the app is clunky and I've had two orders "go through" (I was charged) but the upload process got stuck and I'm still waiting for a solution or refund for those. Customer service is not responsive, I wait days between emails. The order that worked, the products are great, but I'm not ordering again until my previous issues are resolved.

I ordered square prints and they are amazing! I've already ordered 3 more products and can't wait to get them. Highly recommended!

I originally tried this with a coupon code for a trial set of square photos. It was easy to pick photos from my phone, and the results were great. Sometimes, photos i thought were fire were not high quality enough, but it was not a big problem. :)

Not that I expected anything low quality out of Parabo, BUT when you're trying a new product out for the first time, you never know what to expect. They're products are GREAT and the app is very user friendly and intuitive. Nice UI design.

I love it! But half way through choosing all my photos and laying they all out nicely, it turns off and it doesn't save so have to restart, it's happened twice now!!

So. Many. Issues with downloading, lack of options (ex: choosing which photo goes on which month when ordering a calendar...you can't!), late shipping, and the app is geared and updated for iPhone but Android folks are kind of 2nd class. The prints are fantastic so I have suffered through, but it's time to find something else.

The app is super easy to use. The customer service team is kind and helpful! I love that it tells you if your images are not high enough quality so you don't receive blurry prints. Customer service will also email you to let you know. And they have so many coupon codes available to use. Definitely reccommend!

The app asked me to log in, but wouldn't recognize my password. I thought maybe I needed to reset my password, but Instagram told me that was already my password.

It won't allow me to access the full range available on the main website, which coincidentally excludes me from choosing the discounted offer they currently have. Going via the website is also pointless.

I ordered a calendar mid Aug and selected it to have Sept as the first month. It's now mid Sept and still no calendar... It was a fun app but in the future I'll stick to bigger sites

I love ordering the pic on my phone not just having then on your phone, to your Dropbox or other storage. Best way to KEEP those memories

Love mine, they look great on my wall. I like the paper look, not shiny.

My first order was stuck in the upload process, they cancelled it automatically and promised a voucher, which I asked for but never received. My second order uploaded successfully but when I asked for the shipping address to be updated no one actioned it before it was shipped so FedEx didn't know what apartment to deliver it to. When I did my third order the application stopped working just as I was about to complete it. I don't think I'll be using this again.

I wasn't expecting my square prints to turn out as well as they did and I'm super happy with how their product turned out!!

Great quality product!

I was offered 25 free square prints, all I had to pay was $8 shipping... My card was charged, but the order never went through, and it doesn't even show up in the order history. Multiple messages to their customer service and still no answer. I want my money back!

Can't even log in to view orders and they don't email you at all about what you have ordered.

Ordered on the 22nd of December and arrived Christmas eve despite not being expected until the new year

Discount code SQFB6 for new customers doesn't work. 25 prints + $10 shipping adds up to $40. Not ordering.

I love the prints I received for only 8 buck shipping. The quality is so good considering its from a phone ! Love everything about this app I just wish there was an option to get even smaller prints then the square size. Thanks (:

UI is easy to work with an the quality of the prints is fantastic. Drop box integration would be ideal!

I love the concept but reading the reviews and attempting to purchase myself, I came across a few issues. 1st, the app should upload the pictures prior to asking for payments. This would resolve a lot of the concerns I have read. 2nd, app needs a PayPal or google play payment option instead of having to input your credit card info directly to the creaters of this app. What is their security in regards to maintaining such vulnerable financial information.

I order a print and the quality was very bad! Also I received a big extra bill from the post office because Parabo is making me pay a lot of taxes for something that's not worth anything!

I finish it and when I hit the home button and go back it won't let me look at it

When I am trying to pay online,it shows error as PROCESSING DECLINED.please fix it.then I will give 4 stars.

It's been two hours the amount has been deducted from my account but the photos are not uploaded. My internet network is good . there is some problem in the app that it is not able to upload the images.

App is super easy to use. I love my accordion zine and square prints. They are gorgeous! Looking forward to more, thank you!
