AG5 Paraatheid 2

Met de vernieuwde AG5 Paraatheid app heb je direct op je telefoon inzicht in de eigen beschikbaarheid als ook die van vrijwilligers in jouw organisatie. De app geeft je de mogelijkheid om je aan en af te melden voor een bepaalde periode, zowel adhoc als in de toekomst.
Indien je organisatie ingericht is op het kunnen vervangen van diensten van collega's, kan dit ook eenvoudig middels de app worden verwerkt. Organisaties die werken met ploegalarmering hebben nu ook de mogelijkheid om via de app naast de beschikbaarheid, de alarmeringsstatus aan te passen.

De AG5 Paraatheid app bevat dezelfde functionaliteit als het vrijwilligersrooster in AG5. Met de app is het uiteraard veel gemakkelijker om op elke locatie je paraatheid te wijzigen, zodat het systeem altijd up-to-date is. Daarnaast kun je, door de dagsterkte van jouw post(en) te bekijken, zien wat het effect zal zijn van jouw aan- of afmelding. Middels instelbare notificatie worden de gewenste personen of functiegroepen op de hoogte gebracht van (dreigende) onderbezetting evenals opgeheven onderbezetting.

Deze app is alleen beschikbaar voor bestaande AG5 klanten die gebruik maken van het vrijwilligersrooster. Neem contact op met je AG5 beheerder om te controleren of jouw organisatie gebruik maakt of gaat maken van deze app. With the renewed AG5 Preparedness app you have in your phone as insight into the availability of volunteers as well as those in your organization. The app allows you to log on and off for a certain period, both ad hoc and in the future.
If you can replace the services of fellow organization is structured, this can also be easily processed by the app. Organizations working with team alerting now have the possibility to change the alarm status in addition to availability through the app.

The AG5 Preparedness app includes the same functionality as the volunteer roster in AG5.
