Kerbero Client

Kerbero es una app para la manipulación y el telecontrol de PLC's industriales bajo protocolo Modbus.
La aplicación comunica con los PLC via IP y permite la lectura y escritura de variables en el PLC.

El sistema Kerbero consta de 2 aplicaciones : una servidor instalada cerca del PLC y otra cliente para su control desde dispositivos con 3G.
Esta es la aplicacion cliente

Kerbero añade ademas servicios para :
- mantenimiento y gestión de históricos
- alarmas
- presentación de todos esos datos a un cliente remoto sobre 3G ( el cliente es una app diferente : Kerbero client ).

No necesita VPN.

Un servidor Kerbero recoge datos de varios PLC al mismo tiempo con una frecuencia relativamente alta , utilizando el protocolo Modbus y almacena el estado de todos los PLC.
Envia al cliente las modificaciones del estado o alarmas tan solo cuando se producen por lo que reduce en gran medida el trafico sobre la red 3G.

La aplicación tiene un interfaz sencilla , ideal para dispositivos móviles . Diseñada para que se adapte a cualquier tipo de proceso industrial en base a botones simples, texto y gráficos.

Kerbero also added services:

A Kerbero server collects data from PLCs at the same time with a relatively high frequency, using the Modbus protocol and stores the status of all PLC.
Send the client state changes or alarms only when they occur so greatly reduces the traffic on the 3G network.

The application has a simple interface ideal for mobile devices. Designed to suit any industrial process based on simple buttons, text and graphics.

It is an initiative supported by the SPRI Basque Government program
