It is only useful when the known persons can help the unknown. The present machinery 's intention is to introduce few unpopular schemes and to windup the familiar existing system. One should think that we all have aged parents and many rural population who never have seen these changes. Imagine their difficulties and parallel run the old system. Even in our country, many do not know how to draw money from ATM and we are coming across that how many are daily cheated.
