Love the new UI

Got another phone and downloaded it. App is different than i previously had a few months ago. Logged in using the password i set for it and got a wrong password message. Reset the password to the same one that it said was wrong. Finally get logged in and all my points earned are gone and the info showing was my info from almost ten years ago

This update is cancer. So bad. How did you make something so simple so complicated. Do you not have QA. So bad I'm not ordering. New app is horrific for ease of use. I have to struggle to oder a 20 oz soda. Just lost my business. Used to order weekly...

I haven't ordered Papa John's since a year ago and this app received a major overhaul. Was a bit confusing but navigated around just right. 5 stars for sure

New UX is clean and looks nice, but why do I need to enter my address EVERY time I update this app. :( Also, there is no way to track my current order, which makes me unsure they will ever come. I did find an email with a tracking link (which is cool), but that functionality should be in the app. Ordering Pizza in 2017 should be seamless guys </3.

Good app. However I don't like that it forces you to put in a tip. I usually pay for pizza with my card and tip the driver with cash to ensure that the driver actually gets his/her tip. Tip is also based on if it's delivered within a reasonable time promised. For example if promised in 30 minutes and I get it sooner driver will get a bigger tip. And a base tip (usually 10-15% of total) for anything 10 minutes past the time promised.

Much preferred the previous version of this app. In the previous version, I could easily pick from 2 different places I ordered from (work and home). This version seems to only save the last place I ordered from. When I ordered today, I had to re-enter all my work address information.

The previous poster suggested a dipping sauce cup option selection to change the default garlic cup to other one available, and I totally agree that it's a great idea. Please add!

To call this app buggy would be generous. Tried to cash in my reward points, the app gave me a "sorry, here's a number to call." popover screen. Took 30 minutes to get my order placed, and the agent couldn't figure out the problem either. PJ's is going to have to work to earn my business back, would have been better off calling the store direct. AVOID THIS APP!

I was a fan... but the app is garbage and won't let me order, and the store closest to me won't honor the online coupons... I will never order from this pizza chain again. Poor customer service and poor app development.

The updated version is so much better. I didn't have to re enter my information like I did on the previous version. Made it much more convenient.

Papa johns is delivered to my place of employment on a daily basis. However when i enter the address for delivery the app says no stores found within range

I love the new update! Keeping track of order total and being sure I selected the right address for delivery. Everything is smooth and am easy navigation.

The new iteration of this all is awful. You can't find store info. And it's hard to navigate. Isn't clear about what's ordering. And for some reason put anchovies on my pizza.

The app just sent me a push notification advertisement for a gift card. Completely unacceptable.

Crap says mi exp date on card is not valid ....dominos is better never had problems whit them ..Uninstalling

App sucks..Never recognized my address after 4 tries uninstalled

Staff in Dahlonega Georgia are so friendly and helpful and I love the fact that they offer a military discount! My Marine won't order pizza from anywhere else!

I love extra sauce on my pizza and there's no where to add that to my order in this new app. Please bring back that feature.

Simple to use. dependable. good visuals. Haven't ever received a wrong order.

Domino's app has a tracker for your orders, papa johns app should do the same.

New version won't run from external storage.

This app never allows me to login and always gives me problems to order.

I'm sorry to inform your company that I can taste a difference in tomato sauce taste. You changed to a cheaper taste. I know this because for years and I do mean years even when I lived at 300 Peachtree Street in Atlanta, Georgia. I have always ordered Papa John's Pizzas religiously. No other but within the last 6 months there has been a change in the type of tomato sauce your using. It has a cheaper taste. I'm just saying. I just ordered again will be checking... Dr. D...

it's okay if you already know what you want. Could be better designed. Since last update doesn't realize that you can order send it to a different address and have it billed to your home Billing location. would probably say it's a 50-50 app I'm going to have to agree with everybody else though Domino's is the app tells you what's going on everything. I travel a lot so I used GPS location can't use GPS with Papa John's and sometimes it will not even recognize where you are in the town.

My main issue with this app is the rewards. On the website you can use your points for other things like sides but not on the app. Also when trying to use a coupon for regular priced items everything is repeated multiple times with the dough type and size giving you a giant list. If they could just let you pick the pizza then select size and dough type in a sub menu that would work much better.
