Pantum Mobile Print & Scan

ap does not work. it detects the p2500 but fail to establish connection.please correct your app otherwise I will have to change my printer for other brand

App doesn't work. This app doesn't work at all. When clicked on it launches to a application (Home screen with options of mobile printing and etc, but then it crashes

What worked for me: 1. Scan QR on printer and go to web page 2. Download and install app from the web page. 3. Connect to printer's Hotspot 4. Open app. 5. Print. I think the crashes are due to lack of hotspot connection.

Crashes consistently. Piece of garbage. Never gets past first screen.

Document printing ammounts to .txt files. The print from internet uses a built-in browser, rather than a browser of your choice. Printing from picture uses built-in app, instead of your gallery app. Without being able to print pdf or .docx, this app just isn't worth the download. :(

Choosing anything after the app has opened results in it advising that the app has failed. Uninstalling and reinstalling makes no difference. At least it hasn't worked on this Samsung Galaxy S4.

Stops working when selecting mobile print.

I have the 2500w, I love the printer. I've gone through the starter toner, one of the 1600 sheet toners and I'm part way through another toner, had the printer about a year and use it constantly to print documents for work. Great printer, my parents bought one and there's work great too. This app on the other hand, I haven't gotten to use, open it on my galaxy s7, and it closes about 2 seconds later, pretty sure if it doesn't run on the best phone on the market, that there's definitely an issue with the software.

So, my own stupidity cost me a few bucks now... I should've read the comments before I went ahead and bought the printer. I also have no luck getting this thing to work. I wonder if Pantum guys acctually read these comments and try to do something about them, or are they laughing at us? My advice about this app? Stay away from this useless rubbish...

I have a P2200W. The printer it's self is ok and prints ok from my laptop. I was excited to try the mobile printing and was disappointed. It prints half of any photo at the top of the page. When you try and print a document it directs you to some random text file folder that is of no use, can't find my download folder. Not compatible with any of my browsers or any other generic printing app. And unable to print direct from the internet. Sort yourselves out Pantum.

This app always just crashed on me, but for anyone looking to print to a Pantum P2500W from your phone then install the Mopria Mobile Print Service from Play Store. Its free and works 100% It will probably work for other Pantum wireless printers.

Xiaomi note 3 pro. Instead, As another comment suggested use the morpia app/service, which worked simply great with my 2506w. Just share to morpia from any app, choose your printer, click the print button and wait a couple of seconds.

It's more of a scam this does not work, and the service as well. I got stuck with a useless printer. Never buy it. Be careful.

The application is not intuitive and required inputting an IP Address to print. IT CRASHES ALL THE TIME. The one time I got it to scan, it crashed immediately after before I could name or save it. The printer works well enough from a laptop or desktop, but the mobile app is TERRIBLE and virtually useless. I WOULD REALLY LIKE the mobile app to work. My daughters Galaxy s4 has the app and it crashes immediately every time opening the app..never working. The stand alone features and computer based interface are acceptable and I'm happy...but mobile needs some serious work.

The 2500w printer was cheap , support is very poor....etc Lesson learned you get what you for.

As long as you can find your printers IP address, this app works wonderfully. Within three minutes of installing the application on my phone, I had printed a test document, and scanned a picture from the printer to my phone. It's not the most intuitive app, but it works, plain and simple. (I have the M6602NW printer).

Just installed the app, opened up then it crashed. Fix the crash and I'll give 5 stars.

2 star it shows documents but not anything I want? ? Update Well I just can't get enough punishment I reinstalled I selected a image to print and big nada no print button after selection ,now it's time for 1 star make it work? $?#₩&/!#$. After another update no print button or clue as to how to print anything is anyone at the helm???

Usually, I do not comment or leave a feedback. But I print my documents via cell phone. Wow, how can a developer release the software update with out testing! SUCKS!!
