Tokaj Nobilis

Amikor elhatároztuk, hogy megalapítjuk a Tokaj Nobilis Szőlőbirtokot, egy olyan kézműves borászatról álmodtunk, ahol egyedi minőségű borokat alkotva jutna kifejezésre a dűlő, a fajta és viszonyunk a természethez.
Első lépésként olyan termőterületeket kerestünk, ami szerintünk alkalmas arra, hogy elképzeléseinknek megfelelő borokat készíthessünk.
Így esett a választásunk Bodrogkisfalud határában a Barakonyi és a Csirke-mál dűlőkre, ahol 6 hektár szőlőt telepítettünk 1999-ben és 2004-ben.
Nálunk a borkészítés a szőlőben kezdődik, hiszen a bor minőségét alapvetően meghatározza a szőlő minősége. Rendkívül szigorú metszés, hajtás- és fürtválogatás után hektáronként 17-19 hl bort szűrünk.
Boraink nagy része fahordóban erjed és érlelődik több hónapig vagy évig. Palackozás után 3-6 hónapig pihentetjük a borokat, mielőtt forgalomba hoznánk.
A 2008-as évjáratban az új telepítésű területeink termőre fordulásával kb.20.000 palackot készítettünk. Ezzel a mennyiséggel elértük azt a palackszámot, amit korábban terveztünk.

Évjárattól függően átlagosan 15.000 palackot tudunk készíteni ültetvényeinkről. When we decided to found the Nobilis Tokaj vineyards, a winery dream we craft with individual quality wines to form articulated in the vineyard, type and our relationship to nature.
As a first step in growing areas we were looking for, what we think is suitable for our ideas to be taken, appropriate wines.
So we chose Bodrogkisfalud border of the Barakonyi and mal-Chickens tracts where we installed six hectares of vines in 1999 and 2004.
We winemaking begins in the vineyard, as the quality of the wine is basically determined by the quality of grapes. Rigorous pruning, shoot and cluster thinning 17-19 hectoliters per hectare filtered wine.
Most of our wines are fermented and matured in oak barrels for several months or years. After bottling, the wines rest for 3-6 months before taking on the market.
The 2008 vintage of the newly planted area of ​​occurrence was prepared to bear fruit kb.20.000 bottle. With this volume, we have reached the number of bottles, we had planned earlier.
