A Carmen Étterem a Hotel Kálvária négycsillagos épületében várja Önt. A 2002-ben nyílt étterem névválasztásának ötletét a Győri Balett felejthetetlen előadása adta, melyhez Eöry Emil "Táncosnő" című szobra méltón harmonizál.

Az elegáns, valóban színvonalas környezetben felszolgált ételkülönlegességekkel és a hazai pincészetek legkiválóbb boraival igyekszünk felejthetetlenné varázsolni minden egyes alkalmat.
