Autowale - Rickshaw App.

Booked for 21st Jan at 7:40am/Auto driver did not call for confirmation 30 mins earlier as mentioned in app/Driver called at 8:10 am/Unreliable services

I booked trip at 1 and app tells me that the scheduled time is 1.15 and i cant even change it. There must b clear instruction at start of app that scheduled time is 15 min or 30 min so that we book according ly. Modify trip button dont work. It closes app. And i had to cancel trip because i want rikshaw after 1 hour

Didn't work properly not sending any verification code tried so many times

Won't allow to book auto other than mobile location......pathetic experience big noooooooooo............

No messages received before the ride. Had to arrange own transportation. Early morning you will never get a ride.

Guys, seriously is this an app? It doesn't even show me tariff card, I can't find fare estimate, I can not traverse to current location on map became zoom in and go to current location are positioned on each other, no autos shown on map. This needs significant improvement and redesigning.

For early morning drive do not rely on them... autowala will never come. Faltu service... third class business style with third class service. Never use this service... no class at all.... very gayi gujari service... Bad service..

Doesn't allow to select location .. minimise maximize button overlap gps symbol. And u cannot select anything on app.

Extremely poor service.I booked auto for going to hospital and 5 minutes before pickup they cancelled

Worst... Autowala phone service was far better

No call support. Maps don't fatch address nither take the typed address. Highly unsatisfied. Waste of time trying repeatedly.

While we create a trip, often we do not receive any confirmation for the same. Moreover, the ride now option isn't really viable since although auto's seem available, there's nothing available when we try booking.

Got the message to pay 75. However the driver charged 115 and . Not sure why this mismatch. Also I was with my kid. The driver was driving very fast. So I was very uncomfortable sitting in the auto due to speed. When asked the driver to slow down, he told we have other trips too. You should not keep the traveller in unsafety for the sake of money (more trips). Safety travel should be the first priority

Booked for morning 5:30 am and was confirmed the driver details the night before too. But no one turned up in the morning. Called the driver 3 times, no response. Worse even, no one from autowale cared to call and inform/ask - not the driver, nor the customer care. Customer service at its best!

Auto: MH12F1299 Pick-Up: 05:15 PM 18.11.15. Was travelling with my mother and this driver kept spitting from the Auto until i finally told him to stop. Meter was Rs.117 but did not have the courtesy to return change for 120.Instead sent msg of 120 as fare. Not abt money but Attitude. Ridiculous, never again with Auto Spitting Wale. Let me see what you guys do with this feedback.mere talk of customer service

Why created this app ? Earlier calling option worked very well. Through this app, booked an auto which never reported neither did I get the auto details through message. Really waste of time and effort. Morever map feature is way too annoying. Never searches the location correctly.

Please don't use this service. When you book a ride you are told you will get a message with driver details before the ride. There will be no message. If by chance the message does come, the driver's number will be switched off. If in case after many calls you reach the driver, he will sound unaware and then say he will reach on time but reach 10-15 minutes too late. It's better to book a cab instead.

Booked an auto for 6:45. It was a urgent requirement. With all jazz they showed at the time of booking, it's 7 and no news or sight of any auto

Their Calling option was OK but , App is Worst...Plz dont consider it for important trip...

Top worst experience!customers means nothing for them! Attitude wise these r black listed,prefer cab service instead autowale

I booked an auto and received message that driver details will be shared half an hour before the ride. But never received message with driver details or cancellation message post that.

They give you discounts occasionally, but u can't blindly believe them. I hv got decieved many times

Absolutely useless app, even after selecting the auto populated pickup point address it still shows invalid address

There was no sms for any driver for my booking, also the helpdesk no doesnt work. This resulted in last minute rush.

Drivers don't turn up many a times especially if its an early morning pickup.They'll simply not answer to your phone call.

stupid app and of no use as I got an auto booked only once.. after that it has been 7-8 times.. keep waiting no response

Had horrible experience with the app as well as the auto drivers. They keep giving excuses of tyre puncture n all.

These bastards are useless, Not at all Punctual stupid drivers. I HAD A TRAIN TO CATCH at night. Booked a late night auto. They din turn up . These guys suck.

Booked for 6:15 pick up for railway station. Driver did not come nor could be contacted on phone. PNR 726568.

Their contact number is not working, installed app but not even receiving verification code on my both numbers. Uninstalling it happily...

This is the most pathetic service that I have ever seen in my life and the rickshaw drivers deny and say that they have not recieved the msg. I would advise everyone not to take rely on this stupid service and switch to cab service.

Pathetic app n service. They dnt have customer care no in pune. Autowala refused to come after booking confirmation. After this incident created new booking but I didn't get auto. Never use this app guys. How come they dnt hv customer care no.

I had put a booking and did not recieve any communication on whether it was confirmed. no driver came ultimately and there was no customer care to check with. this is stupid. what if there is an emergency due to driver behaviour? u cant contact anyone. this is in Pune not sure Bout other cities but its scary. I am moving to Ola Autos.

No confirmation message, no auto called, no auto came, landline is also not working. Also registration is buggy after entering confirmation code it gobbles up email address with no way to enter again.

Havent received any verification code.. stuck... cannot progress to book.

Booking doesn't work.. Call center number is dead.. Riksha never shows up..

Loved the service. The driver was before time unlike few of the reviews read earlier. Keep it up !

Neither did driver come on the said time nor he picked up the phone..app is good but service is poor

3 times I have booked in last one week , not even a single time I got the auto nor any update on app. Today I missed my prebooked bus because of their bad services
