The app itself is great. Communication between employees regarding online orders REALLY needs attention. Attention to detail for customization of orders also needs to be looked into. Eighty percent of the time I place an order I have to go back in to get things they forgot. Not a huge deal but the point of the app is to skip the line which i then have to stand in to get the things I already paid for that weren't in the bag.

Either the app needs to be fixed or the store needs to fix their online order machine. Every time I request special instructions they get cut off when the store prints the ticket and they never get done. Why would I want them to go back and pull all the chicken off my salad after putting it on there?? I wanted it on the side to begin with. No I don't want you to go back in the box and snatch it back off... SERIOUSLY??? SO ANNOYED!!

App works great but it's completely useless without the store following through. I have ordered twice from the same store using rapid pick-up and both times I went in the rapid pick-up bin was empty. I had to go to the counter and tell them I had placed a mobile order. Then I had to wait while they looked for it on the computer, and then wait for them to make it. It would have been quicker for me to order in store.

I love since Panera started delivering. Their food is good for you and I am handicapped and it sure helps to have a healthy delivery service when there is no one to help me with a meal. The Panera perks are a great bonus too! Thank you Panera for making my life healthy and more convenient!

Major issue that it now requires access to my phones microphone and body sensors on my watch. Too intrusive now and will not use until they back off of unnecessary permissions. Was great before.

Too many permissions... Too many updates. Otherwise it's ok, not great. Too often the app is basically a non signed in version of the website. Re Latest food changes: Things we tend to get have changed (when they decided to go to two small sandwiches rather than one sliced in half) flavor wise for the worse.

Not related to the app, but Panera has some of the nicest drivers I've ever met. Someone in our office orders Panera at least once a week, we love the drivers as much as the food! Never an issue.

Overall, Nice. Had a bad experience with oil soaked arugala. The salad could not have been made fresh that morning. Manager was to call me back and never did. Overall, the meals are good and the quality is usually excellent which is why I keep going back, regardless of the one disappointment.

Got through my whole order and at checkout "an error occurred, please try again later." I got this to order quickly, not order by the time I get to the damn restaurant.

This works very well. Just a slight modification with editing the items in the checkout/cart. I was unable to edit the customized items after adding to cart.

Usually the app works great but sometimes it randomly crashes or will not process payment. When it works fast it is great but when it is slow it is so slow and then you are stuck waiting forever at the store.

So easy to order then swing by and pick it up, no waiting!! Unless they have to substitute something, then just ask and they fix it quick!

The restaurant near me is out of French Baguette for a side (fail #1), so the app won't allow me to select another side to complete the order (fail #2). I guess I will have to go to the store, wait in that long line while the only cashier, a trainee, stumbles through taking the orders, which will be incorrect (fail #3). No thanks!

Major improvements on the app interface. Very intuitive and easy to navigate. Have not crashed at all so far. Love the ability to connect to Android pay. Gift cards are now accepted and available to register more than one. Fantastic and easy to use.

Never works, says an error occurred I can't even make it to the order screen

I ordered cheddar and Brocoli soup for my bestfriend and the delivery was fast! I was on my way to her house and the food I ordered for her arrived at her house before I did. I am so thankful for this app. I will definitely use it in the future again. (:

Other from my table does not being up any locations, but pick up does. Joke

Requiring me to give Google play services all those permissions, e.g., body sensors, camera, calendar, etc., just so I can order lunch is absurd.

Will give 5 stars when yall add samsung pay. Why does apple get all the love

Ordering works but the app causes my phone to be completely unresponsive. Forces me to restart to regain any use.

Can't figure out how to pay with my card in the restaurant. Seems worthless.

I love this app. I've used both pick and delivery options both fantastic. Today my food was delivered hot and quick! Thanks for a great lunch

After update App no longer opens, uninstalled and reinstalled and it still just comes up with the panera logo and stops

Could never get it to work properly. Just go to the website, it's slightly better

Love this version.... faster and more stable then last 2 updates!! Menus are well layer put and very easy to customize

Helpful app. But be prepared to tap your phone 20 times to place an order. (Please improve your UI)

This app doesn't even have the full menu. Forget this app if you like soup from here!

No matter where I'm at I cant get delivered I have one 5 miles from me and I'm not in there area hows that.

App is getting better. The mobile payment is much improved. Still could use some UX improvements. Panera the restaurant. Love it.

Great app, use it all the time. Wish it showed all the desserts, I have to purchase extra desserts once in the store.

They deliver like Jimmy Johns fast and hot! And the food is good and good for you!
