Het toch al zo bruisende Strijp-S, het terrein van de oude Philips-fabrieken in Eindhoven, is een bijzonder initiatief rijker. Het historische pand SX (1914), de voormalige glasfabriek van de Eindhovense multinational, is verbouwd tot een centrum voor Sport, Marketing en Media.
