Home Network System for Android
Ok if you're on your home wifi only. On mobile networks it sucks. Only worked once via mobile network. Communication Error message (E5-06) all the time. Would be better if you had a web portal for viewing.
Cannot logon remotely on WiFi or mobile data - very frustrating and not good enough when it is advertised as being able to be used remotely. I'm sure it must contravene the Consumer Guarantees Act. When is this going to be fixed????
The latest update adds a "record audio with video" toggle that's off by default. Took me a while to figure this out and why my recordings had no audio.
Very easy to set up and everything worked fine for a while but since update I receive no alarm notifications tried full reset still no joy pity I like the system
Huawei tablet running Android 5.1.1. App loads and installs, but will not run. Have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still will not run. No info or advice on Panasonic web site?
Need widgets for controlled divices and It needs IFTTT integration

This app is a pile of crap. Fails to connect consistently on WiFi or remotely. This is unacceptable in an alarm control system app. Avoid the system on this alone if you are planning on only using phone control. Also does not consistently report alerts and voicemail waiting etc. External siren isn't particularly loud either. Avoid.
Every single time I visit my parents their phones are disconnected from the smart hub and I have to mess around for like 2 hours trying to fix this garbage. This time I'm trying to reconnect the smart hub to wifi and it needs a password yet doesn't have an option "forgotten password" I do not recommend this product to anybody
Won't connect via WiFi on my Pixel xl. Did work briefly, but now will only connect via mobile data. Deregistered, uninstalled and reset up. Again works briefly before refusing to connect to my home WiFi. Useless. Come on Panasonic - sort it out. Helpline on phone were incredibly unhelpful!
Fails to connect consistently! Why doesn't anybody TEST THEIR SOFTWARE? Panasonic, you have made improvements to the app, why not invest in some rigorous testing? This app has significant connectivity issues! Do you see the comments? Do you understand? Is it the hub? Is there a fundamental flaw in the whole system?
This works perfectly only on 2.4 GHz router band when connecting remotely. It will give a connection error if 5 GHz is used by your phone to connect to WiFi. Surprisingly the iPhone version works on either band.
Everyone who uses this app, pretty much all problems you are having are caused by the "free" router you are using, the port triggering, mapping or DMZ barely/ intermittently works on the cheap crappy routers, to fix problem buy a new router. Mine works perfectly fine now!
Works great for me!! For those that are having issues try using a new wireless router or reset your hub.
I can't connect to the hub unless I have WiFi, won't let me connect with just using my phones data. I have tried resetting the hub and still not working.
Still connectivity issues. Please refund all monies along with compensation.
No issues works fine either on Wi-Fi or mobile data. I have nbn so speed is not prob. All round great product.
Can't believe this is a Panasonic product. I have to reset the hub everyday in order for them to talk to each other.

Kills my fully charged battery on Samsung S7 and Shield tablet with both devices on idle. My S7 usually idles for 5-6 days before charging, and my Shield tablet nearly 2 weeks. With this app installed, both are fully depleted in less than 2 days. The iOS version of this app has a battery saver option, so why not on the Android version?!
It works well when it does, but it starts malfunction after an extended period time, and requires a reboot of the hub by unplugging the power. I wish there is an option in the app that can provide an option to restart the hub without unplugging the power, better yet schedule a restart for maintenance.
When it works, it works great. The main stumbling block is establishing the connection which takes a long time. All options in the app are nice and easily accessible. Just figure out the hub connection issue. Thanks.
Keeps on disconnecting unless you are on the same network. Useless for monitoring your system unless you're at home. What's the point! Please fix otherwise the whole system is useless
Keeps loading the app and running in the background even though I have it set to NOT open on boot. I have to close it, then sometime later it's open again. Fix this cap or the whole junk system goes back.
Works fine, but this app drains your battery. On my Note 5 is responsible for 28% of my battery usage, and thats just with the app running in the background.
Fails to respond. Most of the time it will not connect to the hub. Huge pain. System is a waste
Spend more time trying to connect the app to the system than being able to use the system. Very poor connectivity. Good system when you occaisionally get it to connect.
Horrible app. Slow. Doesn't work half the time. Almost unuseable

I want to use this app to be accesible over a VPN instead opening my home network using uPnP when I am away from home. Guess what? the app is not able to reach the hub unless I am connected via wifior enabling uPnP (which I don't want to do). I would also like to see the hub to send email alerts or sms alerts when there is no POTS line available. You cannot also register more than one mobile device to the hub so only one device / person can arm / disarm using a mobile device
Over half the time it says my connection is too slow even if my connection is over 20mbps on my phone and around 80mbps at the house. Definitely not worth the asking prices. Unless you pay like $75 for the whole unit it's not worth it.
Bugs, delays, alarm goes off and phone is telling me to please wait while it takes 2+ minutes to then allow me to disarm. Neighbors hating me. Please fix bugs!!!
much better than it used to be. would be nice if it could integrate with other systems such as Wemo and Ring and Kevo

Having read the reviews after buying this product, I was worried about the reported disatisfaction with this app and product. However, having had 100% easy connection when travelling in Prague, Amsterdam, Oslo and the UK, I can only give positive feedback. A superb system. I have my router and hub next to each other and have ensured the sleep mode on the router is off. I also use superfast BT broadband. All works perfectly well and I have recently added another camera. An excellent investment.
