Panasonic Theater Remote 2012

Does not function on Samsung galaxy s6 edge. After April 2017 security update. No longer finds panasonic cinema system. Use to work fine.

Does not work on Samsung Note 4, Lollipop.

Does not work. No support.

Set every thing up could not get it to work then one day it worked and it was a fantastic app. after I turned it off it never connected again just completely rubbish spend hundreds of pounds on a 3d surround system and it dosnt work. :(

Works good on mi samsung galaxy s4 i9505. And mi Panasonic btt- 490 Home theatre system. 5star

Great app but would love greater access to the extended setup menus on the system rather than just the inputs and sound controls.

After recent update the app couldnt find my panasonic device

No support for 490. Connects and acts able to execute changes, app says they have been executed but no change.

Been trying to get this thing working on my 590 of and on for a year...has NEVER worked. Useless.

If you have a new smart phone and get new android updates this probably won't work. Dig under the settee and find the original remote. Much better.

Problems with repeated crashes and virtual controller interface is messed up

This thing works but keeps crashing. I tried the 2014 but it won't even pick up my system. I wish they would fix it

Cuts out the need for extra menus etc on the normal remote... Just make sure you have the remote settings turned on on the unit, otherwise you will not see it on the app

Galaxy S4 (android 4.2.2) - Panasonic SA-BTT590 (UK) Won't detect system, so a failed product. Which is a pity because the demo part looks really good

Not working in my home theater SA-HT840

All the functions seem to work except at times the surround sound effects do not work. Selecting from super surround to Dolby movie etc. does not work when selected.

No problems on a SA-BTT190

Bought the 490 over other brands (sony) specifically because of this app. We use Amazon prime a lot, but this app does not work with the Amazon prime app for my system. At least not on the 490. Very, very disappointed. Works with YouTube and Pandora, but even if it did work with Amazon, I wouldn't give it more than two stars given how it is extremely not user friendly.

No longer works with BT hub4 although both phone & unit are on the same band (hub4 is dual) please update used to be excellent

Works perfectly on my BT400, interface is easy to use, no complaints.

Unable to find my btt490 need to sort this out now panasonic...................

Worked fine, then upgraded my broadband with a virgin superhub and the app wouldn't find the unit.. Tried lots of things, finally got it to 'see' the unit whilst doing a network connection test; weird, but works!

Do you even care to read reviews? Obviously if there was service available for the 490 systems, and it actually worked easily, there'd be happy consumers!

Needs audio delay dial. Find myself constantly adjusting audio delay

It doesn't do anything. Change all the setings in app but nothing happens to the device.

Won't find my 3D player BTT270 it says all 2012 and 2013 machines ! Obviously not

Unable to find my BTT880. Do something about this.
