Small footprint, doesn't require a bunch of permissions, very simple straightforward U/I and it's free. I already have NotePad Pro but wanted the ability to password protect my notes, the developer suggested this FREE app as an alternative. I've donated for this little gem even though I now have two apps that do basically the same thing, but it's money well spent towards supporting this developer!
