iPhotoVR SBS VR Photo Viewer for Android
Fantastic and simple app to view pics on phone with a vr set. Does not utilise any automatic magnet or controls but allow you to view good sized photos with no fuss or over heating your phone.
Terrible. So, I have V4.3 installed (or, at least I think I do). I'd like to give some constructive feedback on why I feel this way. The first of which is the controls. This app is intended to be used with VR glasses; however the navigation requires you to remove your phone, tap the screen and then view the photos. Now, I'm not an expert on VR, but having to physically remove your device from a holder in order to do basic navigation in a program is kind of self defeating. As a photo viewer, it is practically useless as you need to screw around just to get something on the screen. As well, it supports swiping left/right to change pictures. Next, there is no "VR" aspect of this. The pictures are placed square in the center of the screen. There is no "floating in space" or looking up and down, or nothing. Just a picture, split in two, stuffed in front of you. That's it. The fact that it doesn't track what you're doing makes this downright nauseating to use. Next of which is handling the auto-rotation of the photos. Either it doesn't work properly or doesn't exist. Everything was in landscape mode, regardless of the EXIF data. What about things like zoom or pan?
It's alright but it doesn't work with Gifs which was a real disappointment
It need to have the ability to turn the photos to fit the VR set properly.
It does not support GiFs as stated.it just shows them as pictures and runs a slideshow of all GiFs one by one.Timewaste
Does not project images onto a VR projection. Simply a split screen slideshow. May as well use the gallery
It's cool does what it says
i really need it. ......thanks
It works well, amazingly really. Wish there were more additional options.
The App does exactly what it supposed to do in a straight forward no nonsense fashion. This app deserves a perfect 10.
It only lets me see 15 photos on the slideshow and thats all. I would like to be able to see all of my images.
Can't watch 360 photos. Crashes on Note 4 (not rooted).
Thank you my searching is finallay complet
Good for sbs-view photo/picture
Thanks for the info.
Just what I was looking for..
Doesn't support gifs
Simple, effective. 2D slideshow can be controlled from headphones
Small app with great results
Great app.☺
This app would not work because it was asking me to disable screenoverlay. I disabled all the apos and then saved it. But No luck so I was unable to use the software. My Samsung S5
my only wish is that it can play slides from folders in external sd card as opposed to from gallery only.
Superb
Kept crashing
Can't view the pics fully on my tab 2 samsu .ng screen other wise I would give 5 stars
Exactly what I was looking for! Easy to use. Well done! No ads, no complaints. Thank you!
Title says it all. Play/pause toggle using be headset magnet
I love this app! Is it possible to add a function like zoom image then explore picture with headtracking?
How do you rotate the image horizontally?
Can you get it to play Gifs?
Brilliant does what I want but could do with more control options like change image via mouse click and a manual option for the slide show. Edit NEEDS ANIMATION SUPPORT ie gifs and webM.
Really Awesome !!!!
EXCELLENT and useful.
simple. does what it suppose to without any hassle.
To good
Very good
I don't have any reason to give it less than 5* I mean it's just the app i was looking for. It creates the best side by side images just like lenovo theatremax. I was just gonna buy a lenovo theatremax phone to watch my normal 2D pictures in bigscreen with my vrglass, but after installing this amazing app i don't have to spend any more money. This app is so lite and really fast easy to use. ..................Thnx u guys for making this awesome app. Just one more thing if u can add guys zooming option.
Suprising that this app isn't more popular given its not complicated like other vr apps and it allows you to enjoy your favored photography subjects in a highly immersive way. Maybe people didn't realize that vr glasses can be used for a simulated big screen experience of static 2d photos and videos?
Support for random slides and animated gifs would be a nice improvement. Edit: Wow you updated it! Fantastic job!

Like it very much. My favorite. But need improvement required list 1) required sensor based navigation to photo. 2). View every folder and close to next folder is irritating. Requires view main folder+sub folder on same image list may reduce navigation time. 3) zooming images is missing
