The app allows you to pre-define your track length. It could even be a couple of yards around your dining table or a few meters along the corridor. Once you start the timer stopwatch, all you need to do is to increment the lap count whenever you complete a lap or cross your starting point.

It gives a nice report of your workout that may be saved or shared via mail. The report includes info on distance covered, average lap time, fat burn rate, calories burnt etc. based on the chosen exercise type. It also provides you with a cumulative calorie count for all the exercise routines done in a given day.
