When I log in on the app my kids don't show up after numerous attempts. Please fix it. UPDATED: it's much better now! The only issue now is that it won't allow me to pay more than one student at a time, so I have to pay two processing fees. Is there a way to pay for more than one at a time?

I used to be able to log in and check my son's lunch account, but now it doesn't load anything and when I try to exit it will freeze until I force close the app.**** I just performed the update and the app is working perfect I am able to see his balance as well as the purchases! Thank you for fixing the issue!****

Can not put money on more that one account in a single transaction. Breakdown of purchases doesn't make any sense. My lunch money is a far superior system. Pay pams could learn a lot with them. When I added money to my kids account on my lunch money, I could do both kids in one transaction so I only payed one fee not two every time. Plus, the money would show on their accounts with in an hour or so

The app is very easy to use and allows me to both add money to the account as well as review other options. The only negative is that the password is not stored so I have to keep looking it up in order to access the application.

UPDATE: 11/24/15 app is now working fine since the new update!!OLD ISSUE:now with school starting again.....it doesn't work again....*sigh* Downloaded the app, and got signed in. Saw my two students, but now it is frozen on that screen. Not able to log out or refresh it. Can't get past it. Please let me know what I can do so that I can change my review. I would like to use this on my phone...

UPDATE: I reinstalled the app after the update and my student is now available.....All of a sudden I get a blank screen when the app opens. My student is not listed and there is no other options just a blank blue screen. He's still on my account because I logged in from a pc and everything is fine.

Registered online and then discovered the app was an option so eagerly installed it. Went to log in on the app and was informed that my school district wasn't available via app. Wasted time... Uninstalled

Super convenient but with 3 kids I hate having to pay the transaction fee for each kid and not being able to do it all in one transaction is annoying. I wouldn't mind paying the $1.95 transaction fee if I could add money to all 3 accounts at the same time and only be charged the fee once. I do like being able to see what my kids have purchased at school.

The app is working good. The only thing I've noticed is that when I make a payment through the app I am not receiving an email confirmation of manual payment like I do when I pay through my desktop.

It does what it is supposed to. I'm able to log on to my account, see recent purchases, refill the account, etc. The only thing I have noticed that needs improvement is the amount of history that is available. It seems as though all you can see is the current week's history through the app, however, you can go online for more extensive history details if necessary.

No D@#$ wonder the app doesn't work anymore!!! Update: Finally! Updated 11/19/15. So far, so good. Giving benefit of the doubt, so 4 stars for now.

Always worked before but now the screen is blank with no students showing after log in. Was a great app before latest version. After new update, app works great again. Moving back to 5 stars. Thanks!

Recent update on 11/24 fixed the blank page issue. The app seems to work great now.

With the latest update the app now works as designed. Easy to navigate, track spending and add funds to the account. Nicely designed app (now that it functions correctly across all my devices).

Please consider blended families. I cannot add money to both of my kids accounts because there's already an account made with their dad and step mom. I don't want to add my cc info to their account and take the chance of them getting that information. Nor do they want me on their account.

Update on 11/24: I reinstalled the app after the fix. It works now. Shows both kids and all details. Thank you! The app has always worked for me but now it's totally blank when I log in. Not sure if it's related to the newest version but I really miss having my kids' info on my phone.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no success. It does not show my children in the list and there is no longer an option to add students. Only a refresh icon and an exit icon are visible.

App works as intended now. Much easier than using the website. Thank you for the fix!!!! It used to work but as usual, the update to make it "better" rendered the app useless. When I log in, the Student screen is blank. Once the issue is resolved and I can use the app, I'll give 5 stars.....

This app worked great on my Droid Razor Maxx. It does not work on my Droid Turbo. The student list seems to freeze and does not populate. The app freezes when logging off. Update: I installed the update and the app works great. One enhancement request. On the website I can add to multiple accounts at one time, it would be nice if the app allowed that as well.

When I log in on my Galaxy S6 all I see is a empty blue screen with a refresh button and a X at the top. **update** a recent patch solved my issues and this app is now working as intended!

Easy, convenient and secure. Only thing missing that I would love to see is a messages center in the app that pings notifications when there's a low balance. The emails are great, but I don't check my email everyday. Overall very happy with it though.

Does the job well. A 1-2 day delay in info posting to account. $1.95 fee applies to each child so if can only afford to add $20 at a time, that's 10%, so wish it were half that. Seems accurate in all my dealings during 2 years.

I really appreciate an app that allows me to add money to my child's account quickly and efficiently. I like the fact that we get an alert when the balance goes down to a certain amount. Thank you!

The main disappointment is with viewing what was purchased at the school and how ambiguous the information is that is presented. It took several months before the application processed a payment; most of the time I just went to their website site to successfully complete that task. It's just ok....

Previously app was working really well, I would get low balance warnings right on time, last few months not so good, I've experiences no low balance warnings & incorrect current balances available

Login and nothing shows up. Yes I've reinstalled. Yes I already have two students setup. No nothing has changed.

It's convenient but expensive. I have 3 kids and it costs me $6 every time I add money. The alternative is to send my kids a check to school, which I may start doing.

Don't have to give my elementary school aged child any cash for lunch. However, I have to go to the full website to manage cc info.

Login and get a blank screen that says student on top but nothing else. Used to work great but has just stopped working. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and i still have same issue. Please fix. THANK YOU FOR THE UPDATE, THAT SEEMS TO HAVE FIXED THE ISSUE

I can see the balance and make payments

I have never had a problem with this app. It's so much easier than having to get on the website. And tracking is pretty good too.

I just wish the service would allow bulk purchasing without having to pay the extra fee twice

App is easy to use. Reminder is good feature to ensure funds are always available. Like being able to see what is bought with prices.. I've have nothing but good things to say.. Easy. Helpful..

When logged in, it is completely blank. No info shows up unless I log in with a home pc or laptop.

I had to uninstall and reinstall several times. The purchase records are not real time nor can you view historical data unless it was yesterday. Every year the account should Auto transfer without having to login on the site.

They shouldn't charge a $1.95 service charge every time you replenish the account though.

Loved this app until maybe a month ago when I noticed it stopped working. Please fix it because it is very convenient!........ Thanks it working! Yay!

Updated 11/29. Installed the latest version. It has both my kids and my credit card info from the wwbsite carried over. Will start using the app.
