Palmary Weather Premium

This is and has been my fav weather app for the past year BUT i seem to have falled out of compatibility? maybe its a 2.3.5 thing or something else as its not compatible on my xoom for me anymore as well. the widgets are amazing and everything else is totally worthy every penny spent on it, but until i get back into compatibility ill give 3 stars!!!

This is indeed the best weather app and widget for android so look no further! My only minor complaint is the long application-name in app-drawer instead of just being called "Weather". That's only reason for the 4/5 rating even though this deserves 5/5 without a doubt. Many thanks to the devs for this excellent work and please keep updating this. Best regards

I have had this app for over a year now and I think it is almost perfect a couple things I would suggest are a futurecast type map and also better weather alerts. I do get annoyed sometimes with getting warnings from half way across the state. Other wise keep up the great work.

With new resolutions like htc sensation (960x540) there are some problems with widgets, they look narrow and not from edge to edge of screen, especially Charts widget, can you please check this? Also, it seems I lost ability to choose different weather reporting station, I think it was available in previous version.

I paid for the widgets after a few weeks of free version. The gps does not work on paid. I will be asking for a refund. Too bad as this is the only app I've seen with vertical widgets and airport and map info.

After JB update for AT&T GS3 settings button not able to be selected. When I bring up the menu and click on more...nothing from there can be selected. Guess this apply doesn't support JB fully.

The only lacking point is absence of lock screen widget. So please update the app with option to add lock screen widget for android 4.2 devices. Further also add new weather images that correctly reflects the current status for eg. in fog it always show clouds thats incorrect. Hope for new version soon.

No update in 1.5 years, incompatible with Jelly Bean (settings can't be selected). Was a great app with lots of potential, but don't waste your money buying an abandoned app that won't ever improve.

Unfortunately, PRO version of this app is much less accurate than its free version. Is there any chance you could add a feature to enable the user to choose FORECA as a weather server? Thank you in advance. For now, after paying for PRO app, I just stick to free version for its accuracy.

Please add different weather sources like accuweather. It is clearly raining where I am and this weather source says that its just "cold." Will rate 5 stars when different sources are added.

I'm skeptical because the free version not only looks different but it has different weather temps for the same area. I ran the paid and free at the same time and both had identical locations but were different temps all day. Not cool

Used to be a good app but recent updates removed the international capability even though the advertising says it is in there. Not so, only does us locations.

Hands down the best weather app and I've tried them all! Avoid download delay by returning to market and rehitting button. Only 2.5 mb - wow!

The maps are terrible! Need the ability to zoom so you can actually see your location!

I bike to work and the hourly forecast lets me dress appropriately for both the commute there AND back. Lost the service for a day and really missed this app. Money well spent.

After update to android 5.0, there is no access to menu. The only way to add a location is to uninstall-reinstall. At initial use, app goes to add location. Worse is 4 months after notifying Palmary, it hasn't been fixed.

Hadn't been updated for quite some time but honestly it's the best weather widget in terms of design and forecast (15 days ahead). Would be very nice if the devs add more widget sizes (for example 5x... for better look with Galaxy Note and large widgets for tablets). Additionally, consider adding some customisation like background color or even weather icons. Keep up the good work.

Childish irritating animation. Whole switching tabs. No material design. please add date and time in big on the 4x2 widget or add a new widget. Non of tour widget has these

Very poor app! The forecasts and current weather notifications were incorrect most of time for more than two months of use! Developer didn't react.

It is very useful apps. This apps can detect my current location and forecast accurate weather. And satellite map of this apps is awesome. One draw back is it can't move to SD card. I thing developer may be looking to this matter.

This the best weather app that i have used and worth every penny! I do have one gripe and that is that the maps look like crap BUT the data on them is accurate.

How did I just discover this amazing app? It has more data features (graphs, trends) than AccuWeather, with as good of a user interface and way more widgets. Lots of options to customize weather alerts instead of just on/off. Widgets can cycle through locations. Overall, this is the most polished weather widget app and the most weather data I've seen other than perhaps WeatherBug (but I hate their interface). Very impressive app.

The best weather app for all around versatility! Great basic weather forecast features with awesome selection of beautiful, interactive widgets.

Very beautiful but when its raining cats and dogs outside and my weather app says partly cloudy and is almost always 5-10 degrees off. I e-mailed dev with no response. Nice touch. Very beautiful just wish was accurate

Nice looking, lots of information but always 7 or 8 degrees low. That's frustrating!

However please enable 15-minute updates. Most of the other weather apps have 15-minute updates rather than 30 minute or an hour.

An ok app but the map feature is terrible. I want a Doppler map of my county but instead I can only see the entire southwest.

Needs to link to Wunderground PWS so people can choose closest reporting location. Otherwise this is the best weather app for android.

This app hasn't been updated in a long time. No word from developer. Needs updates. Update please! Radar works, but could be better. Needs more weather stations like weatherbug. Severe weather maps. Allergy/pollen info would be nice.

Be aware - the paid version of the app is not the "full version". Still couldn't tell you want this means given there does not appear to be another paid version than this one, but see a response from them to my question below. I recommend NOT PAYING for this app and use the free version instead. Do not support a company that does a bait and switch. Free version had ads, paid should be the same as free minus ads, but it has LESS FEATURES. WTF? SCAM SCAM SCAM. Even if the feature will come soon as they say. Why remove it to begin with?!? ------ Q: I was using the free version of the app and loved it. I could add a widget that rotated through the different cities on my android. I decided to purchase the full version but now I cannot get the widget to rotate through the cities. Was that feature removed? ------ A: Paid version of Palmary Weather is not "full version". It is a different app that use another weather forecast provider (CustomWeather Inc.). As a cyclist, I like to keep a close eye on the weather. The widgets have loads of options and let you put just the data you want on your homescreen. Very handy for those "Is it going to rain on the ride home?" questions! Shame the premium version doesn't use Foreca, which I've found to be the most accurate service. Worth the price for the extra widgets and lack of ads though , 5*.

Well this dev screwed me...i didn't get long enough to test this before i lost the refund option. for some reason the free version worked great. The pay version, however says my location is Dekays, NJ. There is no such place. The free app found my location right away. There is no easy to contact the dev and their website just says "hurrah! =" if i can't find a way to contact this dev, I'm filing a formal complaint with google.

Excellent Living in the midwest US where we've had a lot of sub zero temp days, I rely on Palmary Weather Pro each day as I check the weather and see how I need to dress the kids for going outside. Thanks!

Would be a great app. Widgets are very nice. But seems Canada is a second thought. Theres an Environment Canada snow-squall warning right now in my area and Palmary says nothing. Not the first time either.

First update in 2 years and it did what? Get a real update and this could be the best weather app. It's good as is but could be the best. Hopefully not another 2 years for the next update

I have had on my phone SBP's weather app and Beautiful Widget's weather app but as much as I wanted to like them they just weren't accurate. I like Wundergrounds accuracy but they have no widget, same with AccuWeather. Palmary has a very accurate forecast, very nicely organized widget and tons of info once you get into it. I also like the written description of the weather. Instead of just snowflakes on Wednesdays forecast, it actually tells you when it will start snowing, how much accumulation there will be and when it will taper off. I've compared a lot of wether apps and this one has earned the spot on the top of my home screen.

Why is the status bar notification set to gray? I can barely read it! The color needs to be adjustable! And please get a better sun icon, it looks like you stole it from a childrens bible. Get rid of the hours and days of the auto update and keep the intervals, people plug their phone in when they sleep, and any other time they want to know the temp, if they didnt, they wouldn't turn on status bar notifications..Get a better radar too, I want to see my general area, not the whole U.S. Until then, BeWeather.

C'mon guys. The best weather app should be ready for Android 4.0.

My app stopped working yesterday 3/30. It will not update. I've cleared all data. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've rebooted. It will not update location, or weather data. I cannot even add a new location. The developer's website does not appear to be up any longer, either.
