About My Palava

My Palava app is developed and maintained by IBM for Palava.

All Palava residents (owners/tenants) can use it for -

1. Create and track your 311 service requests
2. Create and track your 311 reports/complains,
3. Register for upcoming events/classes in Palava
4. Find key contacts
5. Get latest notifications from PCMA office, clubhouses etc.
6. Contact Palava command center in case of any emergency.

Please note the steps to get access to Palava Mobile App (MyPalava).
1. Fill up your KYC (Know Your Citizen) details in the form on the www.myPalava.org
2. The user name and password has already been mailed on your registered e-mail id.
3. After completion of KYC, the user name and password is to be entered after downloading the mobile app from Google play store.
4. If you have followed these steps and are still facing any issues, please visit the KYC helpdesks set up at various locations in Palava or visit the PCMA office

Could not reset password when I'm try to reset it shows send it on my emai or phone no successful but not any msg I got for reset.

Submitted the KYC docs on 22 July and they said that I shall receive my user id on same day or next day through email. Today is 25 July and still waiting for my userid. Further its a oneway communication with pcma. You cannot call them without userid.

It's an puppet of PCMA. You can not see your queries raised Forgot password does not work No query can be raised with app Can not reopen tickets which have closed by false/no feedback No escalation on any query

Useless app. Asks for way too many unnecessary permissions and then does not work. Stupid design. The permissions it needs are a big security risk.

There is no tab to put up a complaint about any issue. I wanted to put up complaint regarding sending power bills to me when I have not so far taken possession of my flat, but I could not reach to PCMA.

Why does this app needs all sensitive permissions to write contacts, write to system folders, it even reads our SMS including otp and it can record from our phone. I don't think this app should need all this. Please correct.
