SpeakeRoid by Paladin.
SpeakeRoid let you put the phone on speaker automaticlly during call.
All you have to do is place you phone horizontally on a desk or some other flat place.
The SpeakeRoid designed to work when the phone is 0 <--> 20 degrees, meaning the if you are holding it regulary, it will not turn on.
To use SpeakeRoid, just add a widget to your home screen and activate it or disable it.
