Smolov Squat Calculator for Android
You can't seem to put in 2.5 it has to be a whole number. Quite annoying

Make an option to show days of week of training(mon, tuesday, wednesday etc.).i dont want to look for the smolov guide online when i have this app. I dont care about training flexibility, you shouldnt run a training cycle like this if u cant commit to it in the first place.
The previous version I had allowed me to make individual "files" with a start date. I liked being able to run 2 smolovs at the same time. I could have one for squat and one for bench. Now I get one only. :( bummer

As long as you have some sort of experience with weightlifting this routine will be fine. Stretching every day makes hitting the rack back to back much easier. As for all the "needs days of the week" complaints, theyre making it more complicated than it is. If theres 4 days a week, find 4 days youre comfortable with and stick to it.
I understand you want to be flexible but its extremely annoying that i have to go online to find out what days to lift on. The program is designed to lift on certain days of the week. Having day 1 2 3 and 4 is pointless. Will be refunding the purchase.

I set the increments to 5 but it keeps breaking down the weight lifted to increments of 2.5. Changing the value has no effect. Always 2.5, how am I supposed to get 147.5 on a bar without it being off balance.
From what I can tell the Android version doesn't have separate cycle function like the Apple version. I may just be missing it but a serious flaw in my opinion as I use the app to track my bench and squats as well as my clients cycle.
Good app, does what it says, but two small complaints: for some reason, it looks pixellated on my Nexus4. I would prefer a cleaner design. And also, it doesn't take decimal values as weight or increment, which is too bad
Does not give the days of the week for training. Waste of money. Shoulve used an online calculator instead.1 star

I'm a female powerlifter in 84kg wt class. Improved my squat from 275 to 315 in the first half of the protocol, however it seems that sets/reps aren't consistent from the overview to the individual lift when selected. It appears they are flipped.
