The "Settings" button did nothing when tapped. It is dumb to put user interface elements that have no purpose in apps. Without the ability to change settings, the map was constantly obscured with a large red location icon, making it impossible to see any radar data in my immediate area. The radar image was blocky and visually unappealing. Radar animation was primitive.
