Great app to access new and old issues of waitrose food magazine but would be hugely improved with the ability to bookmark/save/pin recipes you like somewhere, instead of having to trawl through all the issues everytime you want to make something. More often than not I see a recipe I like and then completely forget it exists!

Love the magazine & great that I can read this offline. It would be fantastic if the developers created the following functions: #1 Fav a recipe - so u can see a list of recipes instead of having to go into each & every magazine everytime. #2 Add recipe to shopping basket (with an option to review ingredients before adding as we will more often than not have those ingredients at home & sum up the ingredients if more than 1 recipe requires the same ingredient). If you can't do the above at the very least allow to link to another app eg paprika app which can do the above. But as of now its just a nice offline magazine..

This is a nice way to read the magazine, however would be even better if you could search recipes (across all magazines) and bookmark / favourite (saved in the cloud so you can sync between devices). I believe something like this functionality exists on the iOS app already?

Just the recipes from the magazine, I want to be able to search for recipes from all the magazines, and search by feature such as gluten free. Ill reinstall it when the function is added.

What is the point of an app that cannot be put onto an sd card. Will uninstall

C70%

This app desperately needs a facility to bookmark favourite recipes and the ability to search for recipes by content title use etc.

Just a magazine with pretty food to look at but u can't buy them, have to go to their stores. Surely if i have time to go to their stores i can pick up a magazine and read it while i lie on my daybed... of cos not! I'm deleting this useless app and have to continue to shop with the competitor's up-to-date easy to use app. Wake up Waitrose!

A very well designed magazine app - not just a PDF of the paper version. It looks great and the cooking mode for recipes is a good idea. Notifications of new releases would be great, as would the ability to save or export individual recipes. It might also be a good idea to rename the app to Waitrose Food Magazine to prevent people from giving bad reviews because they didn't read the description.

i see the logic of portrait only for recipes for phones - it gives a larger, less cluttered reading space, especially for phones rather than tablets...

Where have all the previous magazines gone following the last update? There is now nothing available before June 2015. Can the previous versions be restored please? Part of the benefit of having the app is that previous versions are available to browse through for recipes etc in one place. Loved it previously.

Beautiful app, easy to use. Lovely to have all the recipes, tricks in one place and I don't have to get all the magazines to looking for something. I've got only 1 problem...I'm using on my tablet, and it's not rotating :( Could you please add this feature to your application, as I believe many people use their tablet for cooking. Thank you very much!

Works very, very well on my Nexus 10. Looks pretty much like the printed magazine - that is the same luscious photography, and great recipes. I initially found it difficult to swipe to 'next step' in Cook mode, (the open circles for step numbers don't appear to be touch-clickable), but a diagonal swipe across the lower half of the screen soon provided the answer, and now I can have the tablet standing in the kitchen and follow the recipes with ease. Highly recommended.
