PagerDuty for Android
It shows blank pages after upgrade. Can't get it to work. Readded the account and we're back in business
I am using multiple PD accounts and i would like to have different alert tones for the multiple PD accounts that I use, thus i can differentiate easily.
While I open the app (for every time), it shows me "Security certificate is not trusted" alert message. Even if I clicked on "BACK TO SAFETY", it does not allow me to use the app. The security warning message is continuously coming in front of the app. I'm using Samsung Galaxy S6. Please resolve this ASAP.
Pager Duty worked well for me until recently. But nowadays push notifications come with a very long delay (sometimes more than half an hour). I use a phone based on Android 5.1 and all other applications on it receive PUSH notifications instantaneously. And here is one more thing, not related to the Android application but to PagerDuty service itself. We had not been receiving SMS messages for more than two weeks (test from the web-site didn't work either). After I submitted a support request they fixed it (it was on 2017-04-12) but they haven't even admitted there was a problem.
Latest version is considerably faster than previously, but it is still significantly shower than the web site. Both are significantly slower than our home-grown IRC bot which uses the PD API. Please add bulk snooze support.
Needs better bulk action support.
You will see a love/hate mention in other reviews. Let me explain, Pagerduty never gives up finding you...Ever and that's a good thing! I can set it to reach 5 people and then repeat many times using text, email, and voice! The app makes it very easy to respond, reassign, or check on incidents. I can be at a movie, do a quick scan & reassign if needed! We have saved sanity and money with this service. Buy Now!!!!
Doesn't support signing in with the Google account linked to your Android phone; you have to re-sign in to Google to authenticate.
Invaluable
App is not able to open and giving certificate error.
Gets the job done, helps me do my job.
This app is not opening...
Great app for other unlucky folks like myself who always have to be available.
Comparable to my love/hate relationship with my alarm clock app, but much more intense. Amazing app, never failed to wake me up in the middle of the night :'(
this app for android can't render improper html from sumologic displaying a bunch of garbage while ios client does well. no option to set up recovery sound
This app keep crashing when click on settings and accounts and non responsive everytime. I need help to get it fixed.
I'd rather not have to go to the website for this when I just need to reboot something.
I've been using this app since it was just a shell for the website. It has come a long way since then. Not every change along the way has been good (imo), but I really like where the app is today. Early on I used it only when I had to, but these days I use the app even when I'm sitting at my desk already on the computer.
Simplifying asset monitoring.
First time signing in will make the app turns to black screen. Had to kill and reopen the app and finally it worked. The sidebar is "fake". No swipe. You have to touch the menu bar on top left to open it. No swipe as well to change tab between mine and all.
A bit unintuitive but great overall. Very pleased with managing alerts via mobile.
Keeps crashing and most of the time non responsive to fetch the information and show incidents.
Fixed an issue I reported very quickly and sent a prerelease build to test.
Required to use PagerDuty for work. Will continue to use the app until the day it asks for permissions to location data or my address book.
Works great at scheduling who is responsible for monitoring. Notifications work flawlessly.
Does what it is supposed to do, and does it well
Needs to implement more advanced funtionalities
Fixed 505 error on android 6.0.1
This should be feature of all monitoring tools. For alerting and making sure that somebody will start working on the issue is the best I found yet. Actually it is so good I stooped looking for anything else.
Never misses an alert. The interface lacks some functions like an on call calendar or a snooze everything button. But it's actually very useful.
Latest version only says can't update 505. Nexus 5x, v6.01, 1.5g free.
Hate being on call but your app makes it very easy to manage. Thanks for the great app!
1. when clicking 'email support' in settings, pg crashes. I dont have mailing set up, but it shouldnt crash anyway. 2. scroll down to oldest alert, swipe left and set snooze time, now you cannot scroll up. swiping down causes refresh instead of scrolling up
Five stars for multi account support
It was a great app, the only thing that was annoying was when the tick box for loud announcements was ticked, the sound went from silent to full volume and didn't go back so all other app notifications played though all office as well. The thing that got me give it 3 stars and write this review, was that I signed out of the account for holidays and tonight all my sleep was ruined because it kept and kept spamming loudly. Remember, I was logged out, I even restarted the phone. Only thing that stopped these loud spam floods was uninstalling - finally - silence on my vacation.
Simplifying asset monitoring.
App worked just fine until recently and now when i login it just takes me right back to the login screen.
I can see only one next upcoming event.

It is a great app with one big missing feature. The ability to schedule a maintenance window from the app. Please add this feature, otherwise a recommendation from me it does help make the life a little easier.
