PadMapper

I go on Kijiji and see about 50 more listings than the three I see on padmapper. Great idea, sadly doesn't work.

Kijiji listing are not shown for some obscure reason which makes this app totally useless. Please fix it

I want to be able to search for things like parking and in suite laundry and included untilities. This app is too basic to be handy to a serious looker

Rents are typically 200-300 more than the padmapper listing. I've given up on this app.

It works as well as the online version, but without being able to link the two (i.e., the ability to log onto my browser account and see my favorites) I can't give it 5 stars

More fake ads than you can shake a stick at and mls has more listings...... Real listings

Would've given this app a 5 stars but I don't like how I can't access the listing in list format rather picking them on the map. I have the iPhone version and it has that feature.

Best method to find rentals in the area you want to live, hands down.

Wow. It took awhile but finally an update and it works on Android! Thank you to the developer for listening. Everything that I've tried works great and the speed is great.

PadMapper used to be my goto search tool to find comparable rents for units that I manage in the surrounding cities. I loved the map based interface which allowed me to find unit comparables in a specific area. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing any Craigslist ads which is where I feel 90% or more of the units are listed. Major bummer. Also, previously you could specify minimum AND maximum bedrooms and bathrooms to make the search that much more specific. That feature is no longer present either.

No Craigslist no padmapper.

I can't have this thing open for more than 2 seconds without it crashing. WTF happened?

This is the best house hunting site/app I've found yet. I recommend it to everyone I know looking for a new place.

Do you not search Craig's list and other sites anymore? I know there are rooms available under $800 yet nothing shows up.

In my particular city, atlanta. Many of the ads listed on padmapper, other 3rd party apartment listings, and even the apartment website will have one price like $1000 and then you go to the apartment, the apartment is $300 more than the price listed. Many of the ads seem to be bait and switch.

Many clients counseled, need listing for Low Income and Housing Lists. Many people can use this. Would become a hit for all who can't afford too high cost of living. NEEDED HERE TO COMPLETE YOUR GOOD DEEDS THEN A HI 5!!!

A bunch of the listings are incoreect. For example, I see a listing on here as pet friendly and under $1000, but then I found the original rental listing for the SAME HOUSE as no pets allowed and over $2000!

Sure, the old version was ugly and buggy. But it worked. Now this shiny new more stable paint job comes around and they remove potentially the most useful tool for hunting - price per bedroom.

I like that it collects places from various sources. Wish there was a "list" feature with price and notable details integrated (pets OK, utilities paid, square footage, etc....). The map is great, but a list would help in finding a good combo of amenities without clicking on each and every listing to find out quick details. Imagine craigslist with no prices next to the listimg-no thanks!

And I live in Chicago. Then, it doesn't want to take me to Chicago.

The app just stopped working. Shows no rentals available anywhere

My new phone doesn't have a "menu" key. Padmapper now includes an on-screen "settings" option so I can filter results.

I have lived this app in the past, downloaded for Galaxy S5 and I can't edit my search, it just automatically searches for 2 br in the area. Super lame!

App would be great but since it only searches in your current location it's pretty much useless. On Galaxy S5

The controls that are easily accessible on my wife's Motorola are quite literally impossible to access on my Samsung Galaxy S5, rendering the app completely useless on my phone.

Just a map with icons in it? You mean you couldn't even put a field to look in a specific area? Lazy developers are the worst. Clogging the phone and the Internet. Take this off the market until you have something worthwhile. Terrible.

Only provides results near my current location, with no way yo access options. Useless app if you want to look anywhere but your current location, stick with the web version.
