Aplikasi aduan Majlis Perbandaran Selayang dibangunkan untuk memudahkan penduduk Selayang membuat dan menyemak aduan. Melalui aplikasi ini, aduan boleh dihantar dalam bentuk gambar beserta lokasi GPS. Ini membolehkan MPS menerima aduan dengan lebih cepat serta dapat memberi maklumbalas dengan lebih berkesan.
Pengguna aduan MPS (STARS MPS) boleh menggunakan ID Pengguna dan Kata Laluan yang sama untuk aplikasi ini. Bagi pengguna baru, sila buat pendaftaran di link berikut http://goo.gl/DfZXSc

Please blast off to all in Selayang by way of billboards,screens etc etc to make more people be aware of the existence,use and efficiency of this App.If MPS sincerely wants to improve their service image,MPS would be bold enough to come forward and say "Please complain because we want to improve". If MPS is scared of complaints,it shows poor integrity and credibility. Please remember each complaint that comes in is just the tip of the iceberg.There are many out there not happy,but not complaining because of illiteracy,computer illiteracy,holding 3 jobs to keep family going etc etc
