Santoral

El santoral es el calendario que indica la fecha en que se celebran las festividades en honor de un santo u otra figura religiosa. Existen más de 10.000 beatos y santos, tomados de fuentes históricas y de martiriología católica, pero no hay un conteo oficial.

Esta aplicación nace con la intención de informar sobre las fechas en que se celebran los santos del santoral católico. Concretamente, facilita la tarea de buscar la fecha en que se celebra cierta onomástica, o bien consultar qué santos se asocian a cierta fecha.

Por supuesto se puede mejorar, corrigiendo fechas o añadiendo nuevos santos. Así pues, si cree que hay algún error o conoce alguna persona que celebra su onomástica en una fecha distinta a las que recogemos actualmente, use la opción "Añadir" del menú y solventaremos el error o añadiremos el santo a la base de datos de la aplicación, según el caso.

La aplicación permite recoger nuevas fechas en que celebramos onomásticas, almacenarlas en la base de datos y añadirlas en próximas actualizaciones de la aplicación.
